With the biggest event at WSA being their Junior Prom, it certainly wasn't the only event going on.

One of the newest events was the official opening of The Burrows' Geological Museum. Quarry, despite being four months along seemingly wasn't hindered enough to preside over it. Once the ribbon cutting ceremony was completed, everyone was able to look over all the rocks and minerals.
Of course there were those who weren't able to fit into The Burrows at all due to size in general (whether too tall or too "wide"), but fortunately there was a video tour made for them to watch so they wouldn't miss out on it.
Undoubtedly the most popular exhibit was the Black Light Exhibit. It was where various fluorescent rocks and minerals were shown under ultraviolet light, which often revealed colors that nobody would have expected such rocks and minerals to have. Allura and Beatrice were here as part of their first activity together. Their first date would be at Mieni Atoll, alongside all of the others who would be doing a summer tour of the Animalia colonies.

Herman was a little surprised to learn that Animalia already had something similar to what he was planning, but both he, Jason, Moxie, and Arlene were allowed to watch one practice session of the URP. After they were done watching, Lydia was able to make a surprising request for them.
"There are those on the Animalia Website who STILL unfairly call the URP as "underwater somersaults, hoop-di-hoops, and tippy-toes". Do you think you can help with that?" she asked.
"No problem." said Moxie, "I'm sure that we can help."

Agatha was already on her way to ASM with a relatively new thing. When she met Yuki and Sora for her measurements, they were a little surprised at seeing her species. Though that was partly to be expected since Therizinosaurus was one of the strangest ones.
After talking with Maggie, however, she was quite glad about doing modeling for workout clothes (amongst others) especially for people "shaped" like her. But fortunately there was a warning that Maggie passed on to her to be prepared for "thicc" comments on the outfits she models.

Madame Matryoshka called Heracles into her office with a surprising match for him. According to her, Mandy was both an ex-adult entertainment star from the 90s and a bodybuilder. She had apparently hit a plateau on how muscular and defined she could get without compromising her curves and was let go due to "changing tastes". Fortunately she was one of those who didn't "cheat" with drugs of any kind.
When Heracles met Mandy at his apartment, they almost immediately felt "destined for each other". After dinner and a movie together, they were ready for their "first time". Mandy was the most surprised to learn that Heracles not only was still a virgin, but also straight, mainly because most male bodybuilders of his size were generally depicted as homosexual. During dinner, both learned of their like for Greek myths and their general dislike of the Disney Movie (and subsequent TV show) remake of the myths of Hercules, seemingly because they had gotten "everything wrong".
After their first night together, and Mandy having officially changed her name to Meg, similar to the name of Heracles' girlfriend in the myths of his later life (not the movie), they were able to register their names on the Animalia Summer Colony Tour as being on their honeymoon, much to the surprise and disappointment of his many fans.

But the biggest event was the official opening ceremony of the 2019 IAC. While it was happening on the 16th of May, there was still plenty of practice to get in before then. Also, because of that, the tourists who would be watching the sporting events were already beginning to enter Animalia, much to the mixed emotions of the "locals".
