"I'm sorry alright?" Chris shrinks under Anthony's fatherly scowl, a disappointed gleam in his eyes. "You didn't deserve this."
"Damn right." Anthony turned his back to Chris, turning to Mae. "Look, do you think we can do something about this?"
Mae turned on her thinking mode, walking to the Chronivac. She took a long detailed look before sighing. "The "suburban dad" transformation would reverse itself within the next 24 hours, and there's nothing we can do to skip it."
Anthony turned to Chris, glowering. "Look even I don't know much how it works alright?" Chris walked to the dressing room to get some modesty on. "I'll be getting my shirt on."
"Mae, can we do something?" Anthony took a seat on a nearby chair, his body tired and heavy.
"Well, I can't do anything about the timer, but..." her lips turned thin. "I can make you another type of dad, I think?"
"Anything goes, Mae. I'm not happy being in this body type and I'm tired. Do me a favour please?" Anthony fully leaned into the chair, exhausted.
Mae looked to the passed out suburban dad, and grinned.
"I think I got just the thing..."
