Her skin became clearer and smoother; and as her hair grew longer, her face tightened to it's 23-year-old peak. Her hair turned cyan like her scales; which, as they continued covering her legs, they forced together.
Scaly skin began to bind together as her leg bones dissolved, the missing mass reforming as an extension of her spine, pushing through the limbs as they fused together, pushing her womanhood forward, while Sharon failed to miss a beat with her self-ministrations. Another patch of cyan scales formed over her breasts, making a tight bikini, look. Rachel then grabbed and squeezed the scaled patch on her breast as her blue uniform vanished and her blue scaled breasts were revealed.

While Sharon was getting younger, Julie's body was growing. Limbs were lengthening, her breasts were swelling into C-cups, and her hair started to grow longer as it tuned deep purple. She was being ushered into the peak of her womanly beauty, too; prematurely for humans, but with mermaids, appropriate, and everlasting. Rachel's legs fused into her lithe, blue mermaid tail as her blue hair and natural makeup revealed themselves. As the girls' knees lost their definition, the water was now well over their heads. Bubbles poured out of their mouths, which now changed to their chosen colors as they moaned, but quickly stopped once the air had been purged.
Still breathing comfortably, moaning turned to melody as their siren voices revealed themselves as the young women closed their eyes and showed their eyeshadow developing. As Rachel watched mother and daughter, now looking more like sisters; she was getting a little turned on herself seeing the birth of two such stunning mermaids. Once their tailbones reached their feet, the skin spread out wide into broad tailfins. Even Rachel couldn't believe how well they turned out.
Once they regained their composure, the two young women removed their hands from their womanhoods, which hid themselves inside their scales, and looked at one another, stunned.
"Julie?!" Sharon shouted.
"Sharon!?" Julie called out at the same time.
