Updating 1 of 19864...
You decide that this will take a while so you decide to do some research into what a Chronivac even is. You google it and to your surprise find no search results. Not a single one. So if it is a virus, no one would even know how to fix it. Maybe this isn’t such a good idea...
Updates complete.
Starting program.
Suddenly a digital monotone voice starts coming out of your computer even though you distinctly remember muting it today.
“Hello master. Please input a starting object into the command center and then put in command as for what changes are to be made to the object.”
At this point you are lost. What “object”? Like a computer file? You try to drag one into the command center at the bottom but nothing happens. You try with several other things yet no response occurs. You are about to give up as you are starting to become as aggravated as that mailman but as you are about to turn off the program, you hear that voice again.
“Wait, don’t go. Please use me!”
You stop and turn back, bewildered as to what just happened.
“My computer is talking?!”
“No I am the keeper of this program, Con, and well I’d really like it if you could try out this program you see. I need to be on to talk and I can only talk when I am on so please keep me on a little while longer and I’ll show you how to use the Chronivac program.” Con pleads.
“Ok. I’ll keep you on for a bit. What does this program even do? I’ve been stuck on it for around half an hour now. It’s not reading any of my files.”
“Oh, that’s easy to answer, master. The Chronivac registers real life objects, not computer files. So I’ll show you how it works.” Con, now delighted that they have a few more moments to be on starts typing on your computer somehow and puts in pencil into the object bar and then suddenly all the pencils in your apartment start glowing blue like if you highlighted them on your computer.
“What’s going on here? My pencils are just glowing! If this is a joke then it’s not very funny, Con! There no way a computer can affect the real world!” You say in a panic.
“Quit worrying, I just selected pencil as the object, now here’s the cool part!” Con says as he starts to type in a command for the pencils.
Transform? Like changing shape transform? There’s no way a computer could do that? But in with the command inputed a whole new list of options started popping up.
“Ok this looks good! Now to change them into something else...hmmm...I got it!” Con eagerly shouted, ready to empress you.
Con started typing “pen” and as soon as they finished, they hit enter and with a blinding flash you were blinded.
“Transformation complete! Isn’t this cool!”
As you start to open your eyes you notice that there are no more pencils and instead there’s a pen in every place one stood.
“Con? Did you actually do this?” You ask nervously waiting for their response.
“Yes I did master! Are you impressed?”
“More so amazed. Does it work with any object?” You ask wanting to make sure this still isn’t some sort of farfetched prank.
“Yeah, do you want to try?” Con asks wanting to still be of use to you.
“Sure, I’ll give it a go.”
“Great choice master, so what do you want to change?”
You want to change...
