Jeff returned to school the next day with Jannice in tow. It would help in a way to keep toy animate toy around to carry some of his messier acquirements. It came to him on the trip to school that the former president's dark side was kept way too quiet. So, he decided since he had already gotten all of their information, he would end the student counsel. Whether or not they actually knew anything about what she was doing they were complicit by association. He had just the idea for them too, he just had to walk in on their morning meeting. After school assemblies the counsel would meet before class to discuss a course of action. Other students were allowed to sit in though most didn't since they couldn't participate. They wouldn't be able to stop his part in it though...
Upon reaching the school, Jeff made his way to the room the Student Counsel used for their meetings. He stepped inside the room only drawing a couple of glances from the eleven representatives in the room. The Vice President, Jeff guessed, was talking about the day prior and how to crack down on this kind of activity. Only half listening, Jeff pulled out his phone and took stock of the room. It seems the ex-president's influence did shape the counsel leaving the Vice President the only male in attendance. That probably eluded to him being easily manipulated by a few feminine wiles. Chronivac ready and primed Jeff began his work of altering the members.

Jeff hit enable slowly waiting about ten seconds between enabling. He watched as at random the first girl at the table vanished leaving her clothing to drop to the floor. The rest paused from their meeting staring at the vacant space while those close enough started to approach the pile. The next girl vanished in a similar manner and so it went down. Those left began to panic some freezing in place and a couple ran toward the door. Those who ran to the door left their clothes to scatter in the momentum. The last one left was the Vice President who seemed to figure out Jeff was behind the disappearances, likely because he wasn't surprised in the least. He jumped onto the table running toward Jeff to tackle him, one press of the screen later and his clothes fell short of his mark.
The next part of this set up amused Jeff reminded him of an Easter Egg hunt. He reached the first pile of clothes and pulled the bead out of its panty nesting. The girl had been a bold one wearing black silk lace panties but, the girl was now a large magenta bead. He inspected it walking over to the next pile. The Bead had kept some of its human features, the face with its mouth open presumably connected to the asshole, the breasts stuck out some centimeters below the face as had the vagina from the asshole. It had appeared as if the body had just ballooned as it shrank. The next bead was similar and yet in a blue color after which he had collected eight differently colored beads. He returned to the front of the room fishing out the looped twine from the clothes that lie there. He tied a knot an inch from the looped and strung a bead down to it tying it in place. The color order hadn't mattered to him, it wasn't for HIM to use anyway.
Finishing the bead stringing Jeff turned to Jannice lifting it up and turning it upside down. One by one he popped the beads into the doll holding it over the floor as to not get dripped on. With the last one in place, he laughed setting the doll back down. The loop stuck out an inch or two making it look like a thin tail of sorts. The Student Counsel was now back to where it had always been... clear up the President's ass. Having concluded his business here, he wrapped up the removal as he had all the others. Seconds later, there were no piles of clothing nor any hint that the previous counsel had ever been. He made his way to homeroom only to find that on the board was a list of positions...
They were holding a vote despite it being the middle of the year. Eyes turned to him as he walked in and Jeff found himself being nominated. Well, that's a hell of a twist, he thought as he took his seat. Apparently, the whole event in the assembly didn't go completely unremembered. They remembered him getting on stage for a time and walking off before the Principal. Presumably it had been considered that in the absence of a council Jeff had done the job. A few of the students had even seen him walking into the meeting room... If nothing else, Jeff decided to go along with it, it would just give him much needed freedom of movement.
