While Noah hated the McCoy, it wasn't to the point it blinded him to the fact at only 2 years old, Heather was too young to ever really mistreat him. If fact, the adorable baby girl had loved when her oldest brother took care of her.
So the now Williams' son decided to think on how he could have her back as she used to be without bringing back the rest of the McCoy. Once he was satisfied with his idea, he tried writing it in the Journal of Facts.
