Such a strange thing.
There was little fanfare when it was finished one day - a large blocky building, functional, sturdy and only a little far from the major roads. It could be mistaken for an office or a very well kept industrial building if not for the bold but humble lettering above the double doors:

You had only heard of this place because of the flyer - it certainly wasn’t in a place for standard foot traffic or normal aimless wanderers. The choice of location was deliberate, and it clearly wanted customers who knew what they wanted.
You walked in.

“Welcome, honey”
The shock of the surroundings was nothing quite like the shock of the sight behind the desk. Where the walls shone with pristine white, the figure behind the long wooden desk stood out with a glow of tanned beauty. She was at once intimidating and soothing, a remarkable beauty with sharp eyes that both bore into you and urged you closer. Her hair flowed around her perfect chocolate cheeks and down to her … considerable figure. Her conservative blazer and shirt tried to hide what the desk could not cover, but like the rest of her features her assets definitely stood out for attention.
“You received our flyer, sweetie?” She cooed with understanding power. She must have done this plenty of times but her voice still held a nurturing and understanding tone, as if she dearly wanted you here.
You moved up and showed your hand - a piece of laminated paper, announcing the building’s grand opening celebration.
“Oh that is lovely” she remarked as she reached over the desk to take the paper from your hands, gently brushing your arms and bending forward with little effort. She must be tall considering she didn’t even have to stand up to reach over.
“Well then … welcome to the Grand Opening of The Transfer Clinic! My name is Liz and I’ll be checking you out today”
She eyed you up, and the pun was not lost on you. Without missing a beat she bit a lip and continued her introduction while stacking up colored papers.
“You read the flyer, yes? It sounds crazy but it is true. What we do here is pretty extraordinary - we have the ability here to allow the ‘transfer’ of personal assets between consenting adults. And I’m not talking about money or property … we handle the transfer of attributes, even whole body parts, through our patented array of lotions and devices. I can personally tell you that this is a life changing possibility, and we here at The Transfer Clinic hope you can embrace our philosophy of sharing.”
She winked wryly while adjusting her raven hair, causing a cascade of movement across her well tanned ample cleavage. She was well aware of her effect on people, it seems. You wondered how often she used these facilities herself and with who …
“Now this isn’t for everyone and you will be required to be very dressed down - even naked”. Her perfect lips pinched into a smile. “Depending on the methods and options chosen you may even be required to get *very* sexually intimate with other clients. Are you going to be ok with this?”
Her eyes commanded your attention away from the rest of her distracting form, but you mustered enough to nod.
“Oh I am pleased to hear that. Before I explain things further, we will need to take some information down on your current original self for insurance later. Could you fill out these forms and help me?”
You’d do anything for her right now, but you dare not say it. She already probably knew it.
Grasping the pen from her small well manicured hands, you started working on the form to please her. No time to waste, wouldn’t want to keep her waiting!
