Edwin, recovering from his shock, angrily asked the twins, "Why would you do this?" They told him they hadn't known what the clothes did, but Edwin was still angry they had entered his room to start with.
"Hey, man," Asher said, laying a hand on his shoulder. "Right now we need to figure out how to change them back."
"We can't," Edwin said miserably. "The changes are set to last for a day."
Asher thought, then said, "We'll have to pass them off at school as your cousins. Thankfully they're not grade schoolers normally, otherwise the immaturity would be uncontrollable. As for your parents, tell them the twins went to a friend's house and you invited two new friends of yours who are brothers but not twins."
"Good idea! Can you take that, guys?" Edwin asked the twins.
They were still in awe of their new bodies, flexing and rubbing themselves. But they also looked a little scared. And their faces seemed to change expressions rapidly.
"I forgot. They're suffering from split personality. 50% of their mind is thinling like themselves, while the other half is thinking like a soccer striker or football quarterback," Edwin said worriedly.
Asher said, "Matt and Max, if you hear me, answer my question. If not, tell me your name."
The soccer player said, "I'm Jack," while the football player said, "I'm Jared."
Asher sighed. "This might take a while."
