What you didn't know was that the school,in a effort to increase safety and security of its students,had supplied each of the students with a miniaturized security camera worn by the girls as a necklace and by the boys as arm bracelets.
So it was that the school principal had led a hushed Emma's parents
into his office,closed the doors and let them see the footage the minicam had taken before its batteries had finally died.So lots of jerky footage
of you the dragon.and then the altering POV from the minicam on Emma's neck as she had gotten bigger
her neck had thickened and lengthened and the last horrible images had been of Emma's still screaming human face,but bigger then any human could have had,staring back
at the minicam on her neck as her jaws started to lengthen,her hair had fallen out
and then
the batteries had died.
However Emma's stricken mother,a novice witch with some knowledge of
turning Knights into Dragons
had a fairly good idea of what her lost daughter's final facial appearance would have looked like.
So whilst her husband Bellamy Forde had broken down and cried at the end of the video playback
