When Rachael came to, nothing seemed to be different. She looked over herself in the mirror, finding nothing unusual besides what changes she'd already made. Then she realized she wasn't looking at her reflection--she was looking at herself, and she was looking back at herself. There were two of her, and she was both of them.
If she'd had heads, this would probably be giving her headaches.
"This feels" "weird."
Strangely, though the concept was hard to wrap her metaphorical heads around, it didn't feel unnatural. She could move either body independently and she didn't seem to have any trouble processing the newly doubled sensory information. She could even let her minds wander down two different trains of thought at once, which, while a strange feeling, wasn't any more difficult than breathing.
