When it came to animal fights, there was little argument that the most epic would be dinosaur vs. dinosaur. When Project Mesozoic started, people have been asking for a fight club that would feature Dinotopians. However, there hadn't been enough Dinotopians to make up a fight club and fighting with other species could run the risk of serious injury. But now that Dino City was open, there would be more people adding to the growing population of Dinotopians and the Dino Dome would have a place for them to have their bouts.
But before any matches could happen in Dino City, one particularly big match will be happening in Lyre. People have been hyping up the big fight between Heather and Regina. The fight has been hyped up as Indominus vs. Spinosaurus, even though Heather is a Syntixisaurus. Though thanks to the fanbase of Jurassic Park, this match has been really high in demand. So high in demand, that there have been flame wars online about who would win and why. Before long, a poll was set up for who would win, with the one with the most votes being the winner after a dramatized match.

"So, they expect us to pretend-fight for a while and then one of us goes down?" asked Regina as she and Heather were getting dressed for the match.
"I hear that professional wrestling is like that," said Heather, "Effie always used to say wrestling back in her day. Now it's all faked performances."
"Not all wrestling," said Regina, "Lucha libre is definitely not being acted out. I think it's mostly American wrestling that's faked."
"Well at least the rest of the Mesozoic Fight Club will be real fighting," said Heather, "You ready to get this over with?"
"Just one last question: do we really need to bounce around out there?" asked Regina. The two of them were wearing just sports bras (red for heather, blue for Regina), black shorts, and handwraps. As Regina's bouncing demonstrated, the sports bras didn't keep their boobs completely restrained when they moved.
"I guess a little, but we're not going to focus on that," said Heather, "This is supposed to be a battle between dinosaurs, not nude oil wrestling."
"I'd like to see them try to make us do nude oil wrestling," said Regina, baring her teeth.
"Well, let's give those boys what they want," said Heather as she and Regina started walking out of the locker room. "I know we already know how this is gonna end, but good luck, Reggie."
"You too," said Regina.

The two walked into the arena, the stands packed with cheering spectators. The announcers were already riling up the crowd with the 'fierce rivalry' that drove these two to face each other in the ring. "I do hope most of these people know this is all for show," said Heather.
"People just want to be entertained," said Regina, "I'll just be glad to get it over with."
With that, the two dinosaur women took their places at opposite corners. Once the bell rang, the two of them charged at each other roaring. It may be fake, but they were at least going to put on a good show. The two of them punched, scratched, and grappled with each other. They spun to smack each other with their tails. If it had been a real fight between hated rivals, it would have been a lot bloodier. Heather and Reggie had foam fitted over their claws to keep each other from getting hurt. And unlike real dinosaurs, they refrained from biting each other.
Still they did give the audience a good show with the way they grappled. There were some particularly good moments, like when Heather gave Reggie a wedgie that revealed a considerable amount of her backside. "I thought I was supposed to be the one giving the wedgie," hissed Reggie.
"Well, I couldn't really yank your top," whispered Heather, "With your sail, I might have accidentally ripped it off."
"But you don't have one," said Reggie. With that, she yanked up Heather's top, giving everyone a good flash of underboob.
"Hey!" snapped Heather before pushing her top back down before anything more indecent could be shown. "Oh, now you're gonna get it," she growled.
It was at this portion of the match where the 'fighting' got more serious. The 'blows' seemed to stagger the two of them even more than usual. Then came the fan-chosen finishing move. Heather took Regina's neck in her jaws and seemed to give the death blow. However, Heather was actually very gentle and used a very minimal amount of force. Regina just had to lie on the floor as if her neck had been broken while Heather roared in triumph over her 'corpse'.

"Nothing too bad, right?" asked Heather afterwards.
Regina was looking at her neck as best as she could in the mirror. "Just a few nicks," she said, "It's nothing serious. It's not like you have venom or dangerous bacteria."
"I think the theory about komodo dragons having bacteria-laced bites has been debunked," said Heather.
"You did brush your teeth before the match, right?" asked Regina.
"Of course I did," said Heather.
"Well, I guess the real fights can start now," said Reggie, "Now that I'll be in them. I need to head over to Dino City for the IAC games there."
"I'll have to wait before that," said Heather, "My little sister-in-law has a synchronized swimming thing first."
"Ok, I guess I'll see you in Texas," said Reggie.
"See you then," said Heather.
