Steve braced himself as the glow overtook the room. He could feel the tingle of magic surge around him before the light gadded and then receded. At first, she wasn't sure if it had worked. Stephanie looked down, bracing for the worst, but sighed in relief when she saw her two girls staring back at her. She looked up and nearly squealed for joy when she saw her family.
Jake was no longer a middle aged woman named "Janet", but was back to being the hunk Stephanie loved. Both the kids were back too as the patted themselves down. Steph locked eyes with Jake. They both felt the same way, so the began to have a long passionate kiss. Stephanie was so happy to feel her man's embrace again, his beard, and his very large dick as she patted him below.
"Woah, easy now baby. I know you missed it but the kids are here." Jake scolded.
Stephanie laughed and gave a quick twirl of her dress.
"Oh thank God." Mark sighed. "I was so sick of being some dumb girly girl." He laughed, before his sister gave him a light slap. "Ow?"
"Don't be sexist Mark. But I get what you mean. I'm like, so happy to be me again! Boy me liked sports and smarts or whatever, but I can finally just focus on cheerleading again!" Alice giggled.
"Oh yeah, I'm being sexist." Mark whispered as he just rolled his eyes.
"Settle down babies." Steph laughed. "The important thing is that everything worked out perfectly!" She walked over to the book and picked it up slowly and carefully. "Now, what do we do with this?"
"Throw it out?" Alice asked twirling her blond curls.
"Burn it!" Mark yelled laughing his maniacal middle school boy chuckle.
"Hold on!" Jake interrupted. "If we throw it out, someone else might find it, but if we destroy it then who knows what could happen. We could transform randomly or turn back into the first changes again and have no way to return. I say we keep it hidden in the attic and never touch it again."
The family agreed with Jake that that was the right call. Stephanie pushed it into the far corner of the attic, and the family went about their day, happy to be back. Unfortunately, the book's magic was never quite what it seemed. Somehow, someway, it was going to ed up in someone's hands again. It did so with the houses old owners, and it was bound to do it with this family... but how?
