Before Cally could walk out, however, Lydia rushed over to the door and slammed it shut, snatching the ring and watch out of her hands.
"That--that's not possible!" she gasped in shock.
"You were supposed to forget about them."
The freshman girl began to advance, causing Cally to fall back until she found herself, quite literally, backed into a corner and she began to tremble.
"When it comes to forgetting things," Lydia smirked.
"I rarely do, especially something big like this."
Glaring at the stunned Cally, she continued.
"You've played with me one too many times."
She held the watch out.
"And now I want revenge."
Cally felt herself sink into a deep trance, her jaw dropping open slightly as she felt her mind hyper focus on the watch. She was now at Lydia's mercy, and even just the mere thought terrified her, though the terror took a back seat once she was entranced. On the other end, Lydia's mind was bubbling with ideas of how to get back at Cally. There was so much power in such a small watch. But one factor still remained undetermined; what to do with it.
