Connor quietly thought to himself about what Ryan had just told him. If he decided to go through with being a Werewildcat, he wouldn’t be straight. But then again…was he even straight in the first place? The more he thought about it, the more unsure he was. But being in Ryan’s company somehow made him feel a bit better. There was something about his new friend that was different, besides the fact that he was a Were. But if he did like Ryan as something more than a friend, would Ryan even like him the same way?
“Hey...you okay?” Ryan asked, snapping Connor out of his thoughts. “You just kinda...zoned out there for a second.”
“Huh? Oh...yeah, I’m fine. I was just lost in thought.”
“Did you hear what I asked you then?”
“No, sorry…”
“It’s fine. I asked if you wanted to see my fursona.”
“Yes!” Connor blurted out before quickly catching himself. “Sorry...I’d love to see your fursona.”
Ryan chuckled. “I figured you might,” he said. “I’ll have to take off everything but my underwear. Is...is that okay with you?”
“I-It’s fine…” Connor said, blushing as Ryan took off his shirt, revealing his well defined core.
“My clothes aren’t really built to handle my transformations,” Ryan explained. “I have clothes that can withstand them, but I didn’t wear any of them today. The only thing that can withstand my transformations are my boxers.”
Ryan slid off his pants and put them to the side with his shirt. “Heh...I’ve never really changed in front of anyone outside of my family before. I’ve been to my dad’s pride meetings before, but I usually transformed out of view.”
“Do you want me to turn around?” Connor asked.
“No, it’s fine,” Ryan responded. “You should see what a full transformation looks like.” He then took a deep breath and began to assume his fursona.
Connor watched as Ryan’s feet began to shift and reshape into a paw-like shape. His toenails elongated into claws as a tannish-grey fur began to quickly spread up his legs. As the fur got up to his knees, the fur on the inside of his legs turned white and continued to cover that area.
The tannish-grey fur covered the majority of Ryan’s upper body, while the white fur covered his chest and his stomach.
As the changes got to his arms, Ryan held them out for Connor to see. Connor watched as Ryan’s hands were covered in fur and his fingernails extended into sharp claws, which Ryan quickly retracted. While this was happening, a short little tail grew out from Ryan’s tailbone.
Finally, the changes progressed to Ryan’s head. The teen closed his eyes as his mouth and nose extended into a short fur covered muzzle. His nose flattened as fur on his cheeks quickly grew downwards into points that ended slightly below his chin. His ears grew to a point and moved to the top of his head as long whiskers grew in by Ryan’s mouth. As the fur covered the rest of his face, Ryan opened his eyes, revealing that they were now a golden color.
When the changes stopped, Ryan looked at Connor and gave him a smile. More accurately, he gave the teen his best attempt at a smile in this form.
“So?” Ryan asked, sounding a bit nervous. “What do you think?”
“You...you look...WOW…” Connor stuttered, tripping over his words.
