While the sports events were one of the major highlights of the IAC, it wasn't the only one that was generating a lot of attention, both from the spectators and the PR-MD offices was the IAC fashion show, as well as the Bare-As-You-Dare competition at the Meat Market. While most of those who were taking part in the Bare-As-You-Dare competition were college-senior-age, there were a few there who were a little "odd", to say the least.
"So this is the one who is now part of Project White Lily?" asked one of the Judges of Miss Vivian as a male Frigatebird Animalian did a "routine" while puffing up his throat sac.
"It is." confirmed Miss Vivian.
"Why would he want to legally change his name to 'Leslie'?" asked a second Judge a few moments later while said Frigatebird Animalian grabbed a "dancing pole" and began dancing/climbing up it in a certain way.
"Apparently he prefers the original Evil Dead franchise to the modern remake." said Vivian, "Other than that, I don't know."

The IAC Fashion show was one of the more popular ones due in no small part to the "Lingerie Show" that was only available for Platinum Premium Preorder Packages.
"How is Perla handling the show?" asked one PR-MD Agents of Maggie as Perla began her 'catwalk strut'.
"She's a natural." said Maggie delightedly, "Taking to it like a duck to water."
Upon hearing that one of the duck Animalians passing by stopped and turned, asking, "Excuse me?"

It was also surprising for Brawn and Dan to meet some people from Red Bull who were really interested in Dan, but with the PR-MD's help in negotiating the contract (as well as the people of Red Bull designing a new version that was completely safe for Animalians), Brawn and Dan were able to get things organized.

Ella, Simone, and Annie were called into the PR-MD offices for something surprising, and heartbreaking.
"This girl registered to be an Okapi Animalian, but most of her information is withdrawn by both the Las Vegas Police and the Witness Protection Program." said the agent, handing them a folder with a photo clipped to it.
"Damn, girl." said Ella, upon seeing the photo, "What happened to her face?"
"This is what I was able to get." said the agent, "Apparently fifteen years ago a popular rapper from Las Vegas offered her a couple hundred grand to put on a bikini and jump up and down on his hotel bed for... one of his non-music videos." he said that with a clearly disgusted expression on his face, but quickly recovered. "When her brother Damian saw the video, he cussed her out in a fit of rage, then forgot about it. But when her father saw the clip, the saying 'father be not proud' was the understatement of the millennium, and he seemed to think that Injun Joe had the best idea for discipline.'
"You mean the one from Tom Sawyer?" asked Ella, having read it once in middle school, before the banned book debate.
"Right in one." said the Agent, "But apparently 'notching ears and slitting noses' wasn't 'discipline' enough. According to her, he used his keys to not only cut up her face, but also her chest and stomach. We've already alerted the FBI to her father, both his 'assault' and flight."
"Good to know." said Ella, already hating her father.
"She's already having her name changed to 'Oka'." Informed the agent. "But don't pressure her about her past. It was by treating her like a member of their 'family' that the Five Elements managed to learn of Liao's Past."
"Duly noted." said Annie.
