Taylor just stood there totally useless at dozens of lether jacket clad wendigos leapt off the roofs of the surrounding ten storey buildings,did mid air flips and landed on their feet with nary a strand of their Brylcream hair pieces ajar atop their deer skull heads.
Not all of the wendigos had switchblades,some merely had
broken bottles to menace the horned panther girls with.
As Taylor just stood there stupidly watching as she kept dozens of cannibalistic deer skull headed demons away from him
suddenly the beat up wendigo car's AM radio hummed to life with
60s beach bum music and
the tune
"Monster Party"
with the eerie voice of a old horror movie actor named Moris Lorre intoning from the cars loudspeakers
"It was a Monnnster Party and ..."
Finally the mishi'pishu sensing this was a battle she couldn't win
dashed out of the fight,grabbed Taylor by the arm,spun him around and the demoness and Taylor ran for it .
Suddenly Enrique was in front of them and for a sinking second Taylor thought Enrique was a wendigo as well.
Then Taylor saw Enrique shimmer as he put his hands into
the medicine bundle hanging from his neck.
Where Enrique had been seconds earlier now crouched a four footed dragon which,ignoring Taylor
and the demoness,ran forward roaring to stall the still advancing
wendigo toughs.
The native American demon girl called back to Enrique
" the bad medicine will only hold you in that shape for a moment or two,run away when you get all tingly"
Then she grabbed Taylors arm again and dragged him along again.
