Danny had always known that his father was grooming him to take over the company. He didn't know what he wanted but he did want to make his dad happy and maybe he'd have enough wealth to make himself happy. When his dad, Richard, volunteered to be dicked Danny felt an even greater desire to make his dad happy. He realized that he'd also be able to make himself happy at the same time because, like father like son, Danny could take over the company and stay dicked.
Danny got his dad to hire George as Danny's personal assistant, the same way that Levi served as Richard's personal assistant. In fact, at the same time Richard offered promotions to employees that volunteered to be dicked, Richard also looked for people to become personal assistants to the dicked. Richard did not intend to offer a personal assistant for every dicked employee. Personal assistants would be a reward for dicks to earn. But this plan worked well because it was far easier finding people willing to be turned into dicks than it was finding people willing to become personal assistants to a dick.
George did not like his position in the company. The only reason he took the job as Danny's personal assistant was because Richard and Hugo intimidated him. The position wasn't all bad because outside the office, George still dominated Danny but whenever Richard watched, Richard encouraged Danny to dominate George. George knew that in this battle of willpower, George would eventually lose but for now, he fought for control every chance he got.
Richard loved having George as Danny's personal assistant. George's natural talent for computers was a great asset to the company. However, Richard didn't think of George as a unique individual. Richard thought of George as a part of Danny, as Danny's body. So when George did a good job on some computer related project, Richard said, "Thank you Danny." In Richard's mind, acquiring George as Danny's new body made Danny a better business man. Richard was very proud of his son.
Danny looked over the applications of employees volunteering to be dicked. It wasn't his job to make the final decisions but it was his job, through George, to make sure the paperwork was in order. Still, Danny noticed the application of Edward Greywood written in the handwriting of Frank Busard. Danny decided to deal with this personally.

Frank felt nervous as he was called in to a meeting with Danny. They had known each other before Frank met Sam but they stopped hanging out together and Frank wondered if that might have been because of Sam. Frank did not think that Danny would hold a grudge but Danny was the heir to the throne so to speak. Frank wondered why Danny would contact him now.
Frank walked into the office and was startled to see Levi there and a man Frank had never met before but no one else. "Am I in the right place?"
Levi said, "Yes, Frank. We're expecting you. Please shut the door and have a seat." As Frank complied, Levi continued, "I'm sure you've heard about the promotions and the volunteer dicking by now."
Frank said, "Yes, I've heard of it but I have a higher status than you. Why are you acting like you're in charge."
Levi said, "Pardon me but I'm only doing what I've been told to do. Mr. Thompson wants to save the big reveal for later when he will show the entire company. For now, he's only showing a few chosen employees."
Levi pulled down his zipper and pulled out a good sized dick with large balls. Levi gave George the look and George also pulled down his zipper.
Frank asked, "What is this?"
Levi said, "This is Richard Thompson, the C.E.O. He and his son had themselves dicked."
Then Levi stepped closer so that Richard was now eye level with Frank. Richard said something but Frank was now too mesmerized to hear anything. He just stared at Richard.
George then moved in and Richard backed off. Danny began talking and it took awhile but Danny finally broke Frank's trance. Danny said, "Dad, I think Frank wants to touch me."
Richard said, "It doesn't matter what Frank wants son. What do you want?"
Danny said, "I want Frank to touch me. But that isn't the way to do business."
Richard said, "We're inventing a whole new way of doing business but the same old rules apply. You want something done, you just order it to be done."
Danny said, "Alright, Frank, fondle my balls."
George, who still wanted to think of Danny as his dick, blushed because his dick had just asked a stranger to fondle his balls. But Richard was watching so George stood as still as he could while having his balls fondled by a stranger.
Danny said, "Now Frank, I know you well. I know that you must not like this Edward fellow and you think you will gain the upper hand by turning him into a dick. The thing is, that's not how this company works. In this company, dick's have the upper hand. I'm sure that what you really want is to be dicked and to turn Edward into your personal assistant."
