On that Monday morning, Melissa Jenkins bounded through the door. There was a bright smile on her face and she took a moment to take a breath of fresh air. "Are you sure you don't want me to drive you to school?" a male voice behind her asked.
"No thanks, Dad," she called back. "It's a nice day to walk, and I want to get out there and get some exercise."
"All right," Harold called out, "Have a great day."
"I'm sure I will," Melissa silently said to herself as she continued to walk to school.

After saying goodbye to their mother, Rob and Rachel separated to find their respective classes. Rachel looked down at her schedule. "Let's see..." she muttered to herself, "My first class is...ugh...English. That's in room...216." She looked at the classroom numbers in the area she was in and guessed that she was in the wrong area. She started to walk around in the halls, trying to find her way to her first class. As she was walking, she had a closer look at the student body. She noticed that just about every girl she saw had a rather curvy figure. Many of them were a bit top-heavy and they all look like they could be fashion models or something. The guys, on the other hand, were quite muscular. She noticed that a few of them noticed her and smiled at her. All she could do was blush and keep walking as best she could. It was then that she heard a voice behind her.
"Hey," the voice said as Rachel turned around. She noticed a young man with sandy blonde hair looking at her. "You must be new here. You lost?"
"Um...well...yeah...I'm sorta...trying to find my way around here," Melissa managed to stutter out. She found it a bit too easy to get herself lost in those blue eyes of his.
"Can I see your schedule?" he asked. Rachel gave her schedule to him wordlessly. "Ah, Mrs. Fields English class. Just go up the stairs and stay to the left. It's not that far."
"Th..thanks," was all that Rachel could stutter out before getting her schedule back and she started her way up the stairs. She managed to find the class and found a desk that wasn't occupied. It was going to be a long day for her...

"Mel? Mel!" a certain Japanese-American girl called out as she spotted a certain red-haired girl.
Melissa, seeing Megumi, waved back and joined her on the school steps.
"Wow, Mel, you finally did it with Trevor, huh?" Megumi asked with a bit of a grin.
"That obvious?" Mel said with a bit of a grin.
"Well, you're positively glowing, so yeah, it is." Megumi pointed to the boy next to her, "And this is David. He has something to say to you." She then motioned to David towards Melissa.
"Um..." David said as he looked downcast towards the ground, "My name is David...and...um...I was that werefox you were with that night." Melissa pursed her lips as he studied him. "I want to...apologize for my actions that night. It was rather shameful of me to take advantage of you. And I should have acted...better." He paused to take a breath, "To be honest, I'm not sure what happened or why I did what I did. All I know is that I drank some of the punch and then...well...I lost control."
Mel sighed as she listened to David. "It's all right," she said. "There were things happening that night...that sorta caused things to go out of control. What happened that night wasn't exactly your fault. I mean, you weren't the one who spiked the punch."
"The punch was spiked?" David asked.
"Yeah," Megumi said with a bit of a sigh. "I got a feeling that this isn't the only incident that happened."
"Oh...I see..." David said thoughtfully.
"So, um, thanks for the apology," Melissa said, "And don't worry too much about it. Just don't let it happen, kay?" Melissa smiled at him as he brought up his head. He smiled back. At this point, the school bell rang, signaling the start of the day and time to head to their first class. "We better get going," Melissa said as she walked into the building with David and Megumi following behind her.
