After what felt like ages, Jeff heard heavy steps and the door opened. His sister was back. She came to the doll’s corner and saw the box, picking it up. Jeff felt like an earthquake as he was carried from the corner of the room to his sister’s desk when she posed the box in front of her.
“Look how pretty you are, a real princess ! I wasn’t sure which outfit they would pick for you… I was hesitating with a ballerina one too … but I love this dress… it’s true my little Kingdom was missing its princess” She giggled.
Jeff was screaming not good to read things internally, hoping she would be able to hear him like those dolls did. As he was shaking the head, the only way he had to express something since his face was maintained in a perpetual smile and his arms and legs were attached, Sarah guessed he was trying to communicate.
“I can’t hear you, Barbie. It would be too much to hear all the prayers of my dolls to her Goddess. I made it so only the Fairy one can speak to me. It seemed logical since she’s suppose to have some connection with magic right ? You didn’t thought you would have a special treatment, did you ?” She smirked. “If you want to talk to me, ask her to pass the message… like any of my other Barbies !”
She opened the box and took of the cardboard. She liberated Jeff and placed him on the desk. As soon as he was down, he tried to run away. Sarah caught him after a few steps and frowned.
“If you are not a good doll, I’ll may make you unable to move… or turn you into something else… at least for now you look human and are able to move freely… and I was even considering getting you back to normal life one day… Do you want to try the life of my socks for ever or worse ? Don’t try to run away again.”
