“Nymph?” inquired Kim as she read the label on the binder. “A Nymph?”
“Yes, you are very lucky, you are basically going to look human in almost every way.” explained the Doctor as Kim reached for the binder and flipped it open to see a breathtakingly beautiful woman with impossible red hair and deep green eyes, perfect breasts, figure and looked as if she was a goddess. Then she flipped the next page to see another breathtaking beautiful woman with raven hair and dark eyes which looked someone even more breathtaking then the first one.
“Nymphs come out of Greek mythology and are guardians of nature, they are impossibly beautiful as you can see.” Said the doctor as Kim kept turning the page. “And so far, each is tied to either an element.”
“What?” inquired Kim as she turned to the next image of a woman, with ice blue eyes and perfect pure white hair, her skin was also pale but in a beautiful way.
“Well, if you where becoming a dragon you could breath fire for a Nymph they can creature and control elements.” Explained the doctor as he worked his computer and pulled up a file. He turned the monitor to show the same blue-eyed woman, standing in backyard of some kind. She wore a blue tank top and black yoga pants, she raised her hand and pointed it toward a patch of grass. Before her eyes a blast of ice formed in the woman’s hand and shot out hitting the grass freezing it. The next was the red haired woman, only instead of ice a fireball shoot out. The raven-haired woman send a black beam which caused the grass to turn black and begin to rot away.
“The last one we call the dark nymph.” explained the Doctor “So far, we have Earth, Wind, Water, Ice, Fire, Darkness and Light. Every nymph can creature or control one of those seven elements.”
“And all of them look like this?” inquired Kim as the Doctor nodded his head.
“Yes, so you will look human, in truth if you didn’t use your powers their would be no way to tell you where a monster.” Explained the doctor “Well aside from the unnatural beauty and the age issue.”
“Age issue?” inquired Kim
“Yes, I was getting to that, it seams that while Nymphs age internally they do not age externally, that woman who shot the ice may look in her middle 20’s but she is actually almost 50.” Explained the Doctor
“So what am I going to become?” inquired Kim “Ice? Darkness?”
“We don’t know yet, our tests aren’t that accurate, strangely enough it will be your hair color that will tell us. Red for fire, white for ice, blonde for white and so on down the line, that seams to be constant across all nymphs so far but truth be told anything can happen with this virus.” explained the doctor “Now I normally recommend a turned person take a few days to get used to their new form but since your change is so minor you could return to normal society right after you finish if you so choose.”
“Thanks, I’ll think about it.” Said Kim “When do I have to report to the turning center?”
“In a week, the whole change should only take three days.” explained the doctor as Kim stood up to leave. “They will help you mostly in controlling your new powers.”
