It was a 1925 stretch Model A Ford and as the
antique car pulled alongside the hoods in it yelled
"The Don says Say Hello to Big Al for Me"
and then a dozen Tommy guns opened up on the
2012 Toyota and peppered it good.
The Toyota swerved off the road and slid to a stop on its
side in the desert, the steam from its burst radiator cloaking the bullet hole ridden vehicle.
The Hoods stopped their vehicle, walked over to make sure Terry and Jerry were truly dead, they certainly looked that way
and then got back into the Model A and drove off.
It was about 33 minutes later that Terry and Jerry realized
that although they weren't alive
nor were they dead.
The two crawled through the bullet hole smashed rear window
of the vehicle and leaned against it,pretty horrified at what they
saw of themselves.
They were certainly shot up and a quick check of their chests
confirmed their hearts no longer beat.
They were (un)dead obviously but since neither of the two men
recalled getting shot having any connection to Count Dracula
and vampires
they were pretty sure they weren't vampires.
But Jerry tried anyways, imagining first that he was a bat so
he could fly out of the Sun but nothing happened.
Then he tried to will his 9un0dead powers to turn him into a
big grey wolf, but that didn't work either.
So the newly created (un)dead young men
not wanting to be seen in this condition lest either the Hoods or
a shocked motorist try to stake or shoot them
walked deeper into the flat barren desert and were
surprised after three hours of walking to come across a huge rocky
mountain plunk in the
desert, complete with caves and pools higher up this
mysterious mountain......higher up
drtfted down the strains of fiddle music playing a 1920s American hillbilly tune
"Cripple Creek "
