So it was that Anjou,the female eastern dragon who knew
she was a female eastern dragon,laid out the
problem to Kairyu,who was also a female eastern dragon but
thought she was a male western demon.
Afterwards Kairyu was due for a appointment with the lung gender identity councillor in the Kingdom of Dragon Lung
Under the Sea
but that was later on.
For the time being Ainyu had to find a easy way to let
her fellow eastern dragoness in on her true nature and
identity.
There just happened to be a opportunity in the works
from the Dragon Kings Court.
It seemed a pricess western dragon was arriving by caravel
crewed by a mixed crew of dutch sailors and Prussian soldiers
from far away Europe and they were arriving on the shores
of Nippon to discuss treaties and trade with the tough minded
Shogun of Nippon.
Tough minded in the sense that previous delegations of
dutch and german crew and delegations from Europe
arriving at Nippon had soon vanished and their caravels burnt or scuttled deep far out to sea by the Shoguns agents.
Presumably the sunken caravels crew and delegations had either been imprisoned beheaded or otherwise detained at the pleasure of the all powerful Shogun.
The Dragon King hadn't been too worried about a few missing and presumed dead Europeans,but when his scouts had brought
word that another caravel had been spotted,this one nearly
awah in the waves and in distress,with not only humans
aboard but a young western dragoness named Lady Slithorin
the King had taken a more keen interest in the matter.
Since political matters between eastern dragons and the
Shogun were just as strained the Dragon King had given his ninth daughter Ainya two vials specially prepared for the
Mission as well as Documents the Kings Foreign Services
department forgers had prepared ,identity papers for two
fictional young western dragoness identity papers,supposedly
orphaned in a shipwreck and raised by kind caring eastern dragon families who knew the Dragon King.
And so after explaining the Mission to this conflicted eastern dragoness named Kairyu
the Kings ninth daughter explained the potions would transform them both in firebreathing western female dragons,the better to get on the good graces of Lady Slithorin,
who from the scouting reports,was none too happy currently.
Kairyu accepted the Mission,took the vial offered her
and soon two western flamebreathers named Anna and Kate
were winging their way over the seas below and landed on the huge dragon sized caravel where the European dragon and her humans were still bailing out water from the holds
of the huge ship.....
