Back in Mark and Max's house, their bedroom door opened, and in stepped...their father Scott.
"Morning boys," said Scott.
"Morning dad," Mark answered.
"Is...mom up yet?" Max asked.
"I had a feeling you would ask that, Max," Scott answered. "Don't worry, your mom just left, and she'll be gone all day. You two can spend the whole day 'together' if you want, and I'm going to see if Ethan and Luke would like to have a conjoined guys' day with us."
"That sounds awesome!" Mark exclaimed. "Maybe our friends could be part of that, too."
"Sure," Scott laughed. "The more, the merrier!"
Scott continued smiling as he walked down the hall toward the stairs--he was going to have a quick breakfast before popping across the street to Ethan's house. In the meantime, Mark and Max sounded an all-clear for their brother and friends, who came out from their hiding places. The six of them were excited about the concept of a conjoined guys' day (or night). In the meantime, they felt they should do a little more bonding of their own, but in a way that was a bit more convenient.
Mark stood with Kevin, Max stood with Dean, and Zack stood with Allan. The three brothers began to merge with their friends, and did not stop when their bodies fused together. Their necks and heads followed suit, until their were just three male teenagers standing in the room: Marvin, Dax, and Zallan. After waiting ten seconds to let the full effect take place, the three separated back into their six original forms. Thanks to this merging, Kevin, Dean, and Allan now had the ability to fuse and unfuse with others at will, just like their friends and their dads.
"That's more like it," Kevin smiled.
"Finally less of that sneaking around and worrying about being separated by others," Dean added.
"It will make things a little more convenient," Allan agreed.
"In the meantime, I feel like we should each do a little more bonding of our own," said Zack, smiling as he hinted towards something they all wanted to do.
Now that all six of them had the power, they began talking amongst themselves about who should be fused with whom. After some arguing and compromise, they decided on an arrangement for the time being:
Dean and Kevin put on their jerseys and jeans from yesterday and fused themselves into a two-headed eighteen-year-old; to think that just yesterday they could not stand each other, yet now here stood the school's football captain and soccer captain glad to be sharing a body.
Mark and Max, the twin eighteen-year-olds, fused themselves together again while wearing jeans and a black hoodie over a yellow shirt.
Zack was fifteen and Allan eighteen, but they both decided they wanted someone to fuse with for the time being. So the two of them shared a pair of blue sweatpants and a white shirt--two white shirts fused with two holes for their heads.
