Cassie rubs her belly after a good snack, knowing Alex and Hoshi are in there making their way to her backend.

They travel through Cassie's small intestine as she sleeps through the night. Slowly Alex and Hoshi change forms, softening up and slowly turning brown before getting more lumpy. Cassie absorbs some nutrients from them as well as the food she ate after that is following both Alex and Hoshi. By the time Cassie wakes up, they are both in her large intestine. Alex and Hoshi are no longer able to move on their own but can speak, see, hear and feel everything going on around them. The only difference now is that they are now Cassie's shit.
Cassie goes to the daycare again and begins playing with the other kids. She thinks to herself that Hoshi and Alex should be out soon, but she is unaware that they were digested.
Alex and Hoshi come to a part of the large intestine where they are no longer being pushed forward. They drift into a deep sleep as they finally have a spot to rest.
Shortly after, Cassie feels some pressure in her butt. She walks to the changing room of the daycare before beginning to push them out.
Alex and Hoshi are awoke by a sudden jolt as they are squeezed through Cassie's bum and out into her pullups. They are followed by several more turds. Alex cries out in disgust at being waste in his sisters pullup, but Hoshi doesn't mind.
Cassie carefully opens the pullup and prepares another one for herself. She looks into the pullup expecting to see Hoshi or Alex, but doesn't. "I must have buried you two!"
Alex cries out "No! You digested us!"
Cassie is shocked they did that, but asks Hoshi if she is enjoying herself, which Hoshi agrees.
"Well I think this is a better look for you anyways Alex. Now that i've relieved myself, time to clean up and throw you into the diaper champ where crap belongs!"
With that she cleans up and tosses the dirty wipes into the pullup, wrapping it up carefully before dropping them into the diaper champ, where Alex and Hoshi will stay until they are thrown out with the rest of the diapers.
