The little 10 year old was messing with her red frilly dress, in time she'd grow to see it as a uniform and with a few alterations it would become like a second skin. Today however it felt too elegant, too fancy, and represented a group she didn't really feel like a part of. A hand had patted her on the shoulder, and the girl turned to see the once hero known as Doctor Doctor.
The godfather said "Don't worry. If not for your first adventure or your lineage then your ribbons for sure would let you be part of this group. I'll help make sure this first meeting goes well with your squad mother Oracle." The young girl kept fidgeting with her dress though nerves getting to her. She was just thinking about how she a little girl with low social skills would get along with other little girls who may have been talking together already... Then there was the fact that they knew who she was through her mother being a dead hero, and her father was a pretty well known dead explorer... Plus the fact that she ended up help stop a super villain already and her dress was going to be pretty wrinkled for awhile. Doctor Doctor continued "Well... no time like the present right?" Doctor Doctor opened the door revealing Magical Girl Squad 626's headquarter's. A small suite containing a small living room, 5 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a tiny kitchen with most of the features disabled for now. On some of the couches talking were some little girls in colored dresses, Green, Blue, Yellow, and Pink. They had been talking, but were now silent as an adult and a new girl came in. In the kitchen chopping some lettuce was a woman with long black hair and a somewhat metallic looking skin.
The somewhat robotic woman known as Oracle said "Ah, everyone's here together. How about we do a role call with out desired code names and any powers we may have?"
The green girl with short black hair and brilliant blue eyes said "Alright! Then call me Boxer, and I've got some sorta super strength of sort based on... some energy Ki!"
Oracle said "So you wish to be known as Magical Girl Boxer? First of it's kind, but that's fine?"
Magical Girl Boxer said "Yeah!"
The girl in Pink with strawberry blonde hair said "Um... call me Magical Girl Band-Aid? And I emit a healing energy?"
Oracle said "How about Bandage? Band-Aid isn't really a name we can use." Magical Girl Bandage frowned a little but nodded.
The girl in blue with brown hair and glasses said "Then called me Magical Girl Apple, they can't monopolize that name right? Oh, and I can make myself and things with me Two Dimensional!"
Oracle said "There is one magical girl who goes by Apple, would Apple 2 be fine?"
Grinning Apple 2 said "Even better!"
The yellow girl with braided black hair said "Um... call me Magical Girl Fish? I kinda create little fishies out of water."
Oracle said "Perfectly good Fish."
The pink girl with brown eyes and chestnut hair said "I'll be Athena! Um... I kinda of... do magical cat's cradle? Each pattern has it's own effect..."
Oracle said "Commendable Athena, and that just leaves..."
The little girl next to Doctor Doctor looking at her dress just blurted out "...Red..." A small silence and then-
Oracle said "We've got 5 other Reds so will Red 6 be fine?"
The little awkward girl said "Yes... umm... right power I umm... Create strong ribbons and when someone with superpowers are wrapped by one... They become normal..."
Doctor Doctor clapped his hands and said "Great we've got Magical Girls Boxer, Bandage, Apple 2, Fish, and Red 6. So any question-"
Boxer clapped her hands and said "Ribbons! That's why I thought you were familiar. The other week on the news when Captain Spectacular was fighting that Villain and he was about to blast her your ribbons circled his ankle didn't they? You saved the day there!"
Red 6 blushed and said "...Just had the right power... at the right time..."
Athena said "Mommy Arachne said that it was probably natural for her."
Oracle coughed and said "Right... Arachne was nice to sew all your nice dresses together. Apparently enchanted to grow with you all. I suppose I should go over some general things. This is your room here at the Protectors building, many of you still have family and stuff but if you ever want to you'll have a room here to sleep in. We also have some masks you can wear if you want, not all Magical Girls graduate to become heroes after all... We'll go practice our powers a little, go on a patrol, and end our first session. Doesn't that sound great!?!"
Oracle was basically ignored as the magical girls were all chatting and asking Red 6 about how her fight went, if she talked to Captain Spectacular much and how was she like (they didn't know she was two rooms over), and Oracle and Doctor Doctor had a hard time getting them back on track.
