Sally was quite surprised by Jeff's decision but how could she argue with one's fantasy.
Finding no joy in turning him into a regular pony though, she had something special in mind to spice things up.
"So a pony? Jeff want's to be a little pony?", she giggled, watching him blush at the prospect of becoming his former pet's new pet.
"Tell you what, I like the idea, but I will make you a special kind of pony, just give me a minute.", Sally stated as she began to type into the computer.
After various minutes and with a evil smile on Sally's face, Jeff noticed the beginning changes to his body. The pain was not as overwhelming as he had expected but the re-shaping of several of his bones was certainly uncomfortable.
Jeff was quite excited when his hands gradually became longer and thicker and a shift in his backbone forced him onto all fours.
"If you're happy and you know it, clap your hands.", Sally began to joke while Jeff's fingers and toes merged and slowly turned into hooves, while his elbows changed directions, gradually turning his hands into his front feet.
"This is amazing.", he stated getting used to his new orientation and his new alien extremities.
"And that's not all.", Sally smiled, pointing at his rear where a little blonde tail popped out just above his butt.
Jeff was quite puzzled when instead of growing fur on his skin, his entire body-hair disappeared except for his new tail and the rapidly-expanding -- now blonde -- hair on his head, that even began to grow out of the back of his neck, forming a mane.
Jeff suddenly understood what Sally meant with "special kind of pony" when under her laughter, his body became skinnier and slimmer and formed curves where no curves used to be. Especially the growth of two prominent molds on his chest and the retraction of his member gave away that Sally was indeed turning him into a female pony.
To Jeff's added surprise, the changes suddenly stopped, with a smiling Sally leading him toward the full-size mirror.
"What do you think Jeffine?", she burst out in laughter, watching his expression as he saw his new form for the first time.
"What have you done to me? I'm a freak!", Jeff wanted to scream, only noticing that he was no longer able to speak -- only being able to make the sounds of a pony. He looked like a wet dream with a tail and a mane on all fours with black hooves ending all four feet.
"I guess you're wondering why you're not transforming any further. Well, let's say I like you better this way. And having to hide you from the public is going to be a thrill without the reality switch turned on.", she smiled viciously.
"And now follow me, pet. I have something special planned for you.", she continued as she led Jeff out of the room and into the garden -- almost making him stumble still very unfamiliar with his new physique.
And since he didn't want to end up as a specimen in some government laboratory, Sally could count on his obedience and him not attempting to escape. She did however put one of her "old" dog collars around his neck and attached it to the wall inside the small garden shed.
"I have big plans for you.", she continued. "Now be a good girl and wait for me while I prepare some things. Having hands is amazing -- with my old paws I would never have been able to tie this rope. And with your beautiful new hooves I imagine it to be even more impossible.", she laughed loudly as she closed the door behind her.
Jeff almost panicked, knowing that not only was he no longer able to open the simple knot that tied him to the shed like a regular horse, but that with his hooves he wasn't even able to open the door knob anymore.
He was both shocked and intrigued with what his former pet had planned for him, now as his master and him as a mere pet.
And after several long hours Sally opened the door again and led Jeff outside where he saw:
