“I’m gonna let you off with a warning this time, but do not let it happen again.” Officer Smith said firmly.
Dave nodded.
The cop was still standing at the window when Dave felt an even stranger feeling wash over him. He'd already been wondering why he was having trouble seeing over the steering wheel. Now the steering wheel lurched almost higher.
The loose seatbelt was now even looser. Dave got it unhooked, and got outta his truck.
Officer Smith saw the half size trucker get out, and his mouth hung open. Officer Jeff Smith was a young rookie cop, a muscle bear cub, who lived with his husband Sam and Sam's teenaged son Ryan. He'd never seen anything like the shrunken Dave.
He knelt down so his face was at the halfsized trucker’s view.
“It’s astonishing how that you’re shrinking.” He said. “It’s almost like you’re The New ‘Incredible Shrinking Man’!”
Dave gulped. Somehow or other, he didn’t like where this was going.
