Although he thought it would be harder, Nick arrived to the management building fast and without a problem.
"Suspicious." He said as he hid behind a corner. He quickly looked if there was someone at the entrance and when he thought it's safe he ran inside.
The small lobby room was empty. No secretary, nor cops nor any employee. Nick thought it's too quiet and perhaps he was going to a trap, but he can't wait to get captured, he needed help and answer. Unfortunately, he didn't know where to go and there wasn't anyone who could give him some advice, so, he entered through the first door he could.
It was empty, not a surprise now. A few desks, chairs, computers and printers. He had no idea if something here could be helpful. He took a looked at the nearest computer and noticed that it was full of numbers. It was useless for him.
He looked in several other place but they weren't too different. When he was going to return resigned, he looked at a closed door that he initially thought it leads to the janitor's closet. However what he found out was nothing like he thought.
The room was full of bodies, female bodies to be specific, hanging on hangers like lifeless stuff. Nick shivered and for an instant he thought of running away, but this was the first he was close to a clue and he desperately needed some answers.
"What the heck?" He said as he touched the lifeless woman closest to him. His skin was cold but it felt so real that he didn't know if they were dead or ultra realistic dolls. As he walked through the creepy room he start to see familiar faces and then he realized who they are.
"They're the strippers!" He suddenly shouted and quickly covered his mouth hoping that no one had heard him. He hid behind a body as he stared at the door waiting for someone to come in. Fortunately, that didn't happen. However, touching a body like that was pretty useful because Nick could see that in the women's back there were several buttons.
"They're robots!" He said, this time procuring to don't do it so loudly. "It has been a trap since the beginning!"
He walked through the room for a few more minutes to corroborate that all of those women were robots and they were! After that, he thought that he won't find anything else in that building, so he decided to leave it.
Knowing that the place was empty, he wasn't too cautious when he walked through the lobby. However, when he was close to the exit, he heard a noise, like if someone has threw a bunch of metal things.
Nick quickly jumped behind a sofa and aimed with his water gun from below. He saw some feet, male adult feet.
"Cops?" It was the first thought in Nick's head, but then he realized that those feet bare, no boots or shoes. "Another transformed kid?" He cautiously came out from behind the sofa and immediately then he heard a door closing at the distance. Full of adrenaline, Nick rushed to that door and opened it like a mobster in movies, aiming to whatever it was on the other side.
"Please, don't shoot!" A big blonde man, beefy and hairy like the other transformed boys and wearing only a small lab coat was kneeled and crying in a corner. "I've been a good boy!"
"What the-? Who are you?" Nick asked to the scared guy. "And what are you doing here?"
"My name is Arnold and I've been captive here." The man replied as he hid his face behind his big manly hands.
"By who?" Nick said.
"The scientists on this island." He replied. "I been here for almost 10 years, but I managed to escape from the labs a few day ago!"
"The labs?" Nick asked, he was getting more questions than answers. "You'll have to tell me everything."
"Ok, but please don't shoot!" Arnold said.
"I won't." Nick replied. "I'm just trying to find a way to escape from here."
"Me too, but I don't know if my parents will still recognize me." Arnold said. "Come with me and I will tell you what I know, it's too dangerous to stay here."
