While Spookyville was great and all, like all things it had to come to an end. It did end with a kind of "homage" to the Veterans' Day weekend, which was also the climax of the war to "liberate" Spookyville's candy supply from the Magog Cartel.

With D. Kay Hoarder (the fake name for the fake candy "Kingpin") finally "isolated" they were able to get to the majority of the candy needed for Spookyville, but it did end up with Angie getting captured.
When D. Kay interrogated her for the location of the Titanoboa that she had claimed to "know where to find", she had accidentally dropped the bill for her operation. When he got a look at it, he realized what it was for and told one of his henchmen to remove her top. While some who viewed the recording of the event later on the Animalia Website later were exited/"hopeful" for this scene, it was a little disappointing to them to see that she was wearing a second top. But it also revealed that Angie had four arms, and thereby was one of the few "surviving" Titanoboas.
But due to some sabotage by an underground resistance movement against Morko Gen Labs, D. Kay Hoarder ended up getting captured by the "authorities". But now with the knowledge that she was a Titanoboa somewhat out, Angie couldn't really go out in public. But she was picked up by the resistance to lead their attack against him.
This was partly inspired by another facet of organized crime: corrupt businesses. But this also explained, partly, why the containment fields had failed. According to the resistance, they had sabotaged the power generators in order to create a big enough diversion to go after Morko himself.
The bounty hunting group was eventually able to infiltrate Morko Gen Labs to take him down. Once they were in the building, it was clear that there were signs of "unethical experimentation" that lead to the creation of the dinosaur "super soldiers". Most of these were partly inspired by the Resident Evil series, but heavily toned down in order to be child-friendly.
Eventually, Morko Gen Labs were shut down and Morko taken into custody, and eventually jailed for multiple charges of corruption, theft, and unethical experimentation, which was more to say for him than other drug lords would or might get. But what made it funny was that, when it was time for cleanup, Morko had to help out to help "repay" his debt to society.

There were some other things going on that were a little confusing to encounter, since some of the "encounters" in Jura City weren't only inspired by Carboniferous period life. There were also a few from the Cambrian Period of Earth (roughly 540 million years ago), which was described to young children as 'God's earliest experiments with creating life'. It was a little unnerving to see puppets of life forms such as Anomalocaris or similarly related creatures fly overhead on invisible zip lines to make it seem like they were still underwater. But there were plenty of kids who thought that they were cool, even if they were a little unnerving at first.
"Don't worry about it." said one person to a group of kids as another Anomalocaris "swam" overhead. "The Cambrian period of Earth was well before manners were invented; and just like any prototype or rough draft, God's own were just as weird as our own."

As Spookyville came to a close, the inevitable cleanup began. But because November was underway, there were plenty to look forward to, especially Animalia's Harvest Festival.
