“Dr. Covart, surely this can’t be wrong.” stated Monica with the passion of youth “We have developed a way to transform humans into merpeople and as such opened up vast areas of the world for settlement. Overcrowding will be a thing of the past and with humans spread out both above and below the water, then it will give the planet time to heal as well.”
“Maybe.” admitted Covart still unsure of himself.
“Sir, I know I am right.” Confirmed Monica as she took a breath and looked at her watch. “Our new batch of test subjects should be ready now, I’ll go check on them and prepare them to be change.”
“Very well.” Confirmed Covart unsure still with himself as Monica moved out of the office and to the testing area.
