Emily was walking down the street, with a cheap bag on her back and her smelly clothes needing a desperate wash. Her brown hair was knotted awkwardly, her boobs were starting to sag early for her age, and her eyes were practically glazed over. She was nearly 40 now, but she was now homeless.
It all started around 20 years earlier, the day she came home to find Rick sitting in her home. He explained what he had done, and Emily flipped. She demanded he tell her where it was, but he refused to budge. When that happened, Emily set out on her own to search for it. She scanned everywhere she could think of in the city, but couldn't find hide nor tail of it. Eventually, she ran out of funds as her college semester was coming up. At first she took a gap year, but as time moved on and her searches became more focused, she eventually dropped out all together.
Rick broke up with her, and her parents eventually disowned her after they realized she had practically lost her mind. She managed to make a living off of scraps and dimes on the street, and then every few days she would do an extremely specific search of a block of the city. All the while, the years went on, and she was determined as ever.
In her mind, it didn't matter what she lost, as she could always just use the camera and fix everything. Finally, she began searching near the park, when she overheard something from a couple walking by her.
"Man, I can't believe that guy was arrested." The boy said.
"Yeah, I wonder why he'd trespass on the grounds with a shovel?" The girl replied.
Emily's ears perked as she turned towards the couple.
"What did you say?" She asked hoarsely, not used to speaking to people. "Who? Who was it?"
The couple looked rattled and the boy pushed his girlfriend slightly behind her as to protect her form this clearly crazy lady.
"Um, just some guy." He replied cautiously. "I think they said his name was Rick something or other. They took him to the local holding cell for now."
"Ha. Ha ha. HA HA HA!" Emily laughed before running off. She realized what this meant. Rick had stayed in the city, partially to try and convince Emily to stop and partially to make sure Emily never found the camera. Emily reasoned that Rick must've thought she was getting too close, so he was gonna move it. This was her chance!
She snuck up on the grounds through some bushes, and managed to spot two cops talking to one another. That's when Emily spotted it, lying in a dug up pile of dirt. The camera! She immediately leaped on it and began to laugh hysterically. The cops turned and immediately raised their guns at her.
"Crap lady you gave us a heart attack!" The younger latino one yelled.
"Careful Marco!" The older white cop said. "That's crazy Emily. She lost her mind decades ago. She's not normally violent but you can never be too sure."
"Oh? You think I'm crazy do you? Just like everybody else huh? Well, I guess I might sound crazy if I told you what this camera is capable of... would you like to find out?" She asked, raising the camera.
"Listen lady, put that thing down." Marco started. "We're only gonna give you one wa-et of clothes, I hope that's enough!" Maria sighed as she handed Emily a fresh batch of clothes. Emily happily grabbed them from the pregnant, kind Latina. She was a beautiful woman with long curly dark hair, massive breasts, and a huge butt to boot. She was wearing a maternity dress and was cradling her very pregnant stomach.
"Now please, go to the shelter?" She sighed. "They can help you much better than I can." She smiled before waddling away.
Emily felt as tears fell from her eyes. All this time, she secretly questioned if she was crazy. Maybe the camera wasn't real, or maybe she had just lost it. But now? Now she knew that things were gonna change.
"First, I think I'll get my youth back!" She laughed before taking a selfie with the right setting. She immediately shrunk in height as her complexion and clothes healed themselves. Her hair became cut into a cute bob, her cheeks became a little heavier, and she continued to age backwards until she was a younger teen.
"Oh, this is perfect!" She laughed as she practically skipped down the park. "The only question now, is what to do next?"
