Mary, in her milk soaked pink robe and her full udder was smiling at Rob, waiting for his answer. He was getting very embarrassed and nervous, he still had his back turned to Mary, but his eye was seeking the front door. He could it in the corner of his sight and moved his head to see it fully. He cringed as his eyes met those of Mary.
"Well, Rob, what can I do to thank you?" Mary was getting a little peeved and was started to walk slowly toward Rob. Each step brought Rob's panic up a notch. He couldn't make the front door, Mary was in the way. He turned away from Mary again and began stuttering something in order to get time to think.
His answer came quickly. He was facing a door to the backyard. He saw freedom in that and not pausing at all bounded to the back door. He turned the knob, but it stopped short. Rob tried again, but it still didn't open. Realization came, it was locked! Rob glanced back to see a scowling Mary waddling as fast as she could toward him. Quickly, Rob turned the dead bolt and flew out the back.
Rob was over the fence in a matter of moments. Mary stood in the doorway watching him leave, idly rubbing her milky udder.
