Ethan and Scott had enjoyed their private and pleasurable time as conjoined twins, but they were about to perform an encore by adding another member to their shared dad bod.
The pair were cleaning up Ethan's room and their body, when they heard a knock at the front door. They did not know if it was Luke, or one of Scott's sons, or one of their friends--or someone else, someone who didn't know about the group's fusion abilities. They quickly put on the fused clothes they had on earlier, unlocked the bedroom door, and walked toward the stairs. As they walked down, they looked through the nearby window. The shadow was two tall to be their sons or their sons' friends. Then, they realized who it was: it was their friend Bill, the father of Dean, who was a friend of their sons. This gave the conjoined dads an idea. Ethan peeked through the window's blind, just enough to see Bill but so that he would hardly notice. Ethan got a good look at his outfit: a collared white shirt under a purple V-neck sweater, under a collared and open teal jacket with yellow stripes on the wrists, blue jeans, and a blue bolo tie under the shirt collar.
Ethan then quickly closed the blind and relayed Bill's outfit to Scott, and the pair decided to change before they let Bill in. They hurried back upstairs, remembering that Ethan had a couple outfits just like what Bill was wearing now. When they got back to Ethan's bedroom, they unfused, their clothes separating back to normal as well. They took off the clothes and Ethan pulled some new clothes from his closet. When he and Scott finished changing, they were both dressed in the exact same outfit that Bill was wearing. Bill then knocked on the front door again, and Ethan and Scott decided how to greet him.
When the door opened for Bill, he stepped inside and took off his boots. But then he noticed when he looked up that his friends had their backs--or rather, "back"--to him. He stepped closer to find out what this was, and as soon as he touched Ethan's lone shoulder, Ethan began using his power again. Bill's arm was pulled into the shared body, followed by his torso and legs. His clothes also combined with those of his friends. When the fusing finished, the three were sharing one body with their three heads, four arms, and two legs. The top pair of arms were Ethan's, the lower right arm was Scott's, and the lower left arm was Bill's. Their heads were in a row, Bill's on their left-hand side, Scott's on their right, and Ethan's in the center. Their shared clothes were one white shirt with three collars, each with one blue bolo tie, one purple sweater with three V-necks, one open teal jacket, and one pair of blue jeans.
