After parking, Ty and his family brought their things to the check-in, made their way through the ticket lines, and climbed aboard the cruise liner. Ty was excited: he had literally changed the world, and was now going on his first Monster Cruise.
After the family settled into their rooms, they left to explore the ship--Ty in particular was excited by what he'd find. But first, he had to change his form. He made his second head go away, then changed his human form into that of a raptor (technically a Deinonychus, which the raptors in Jurassic Park were based off of). Then, remembering how raptors were able to it in the movie, he opened the door and emerged into the hallway, moving towards the stairs to head up to the deck.
Once he reached the ship's deck, raptor Ty began to walk around, seeing how many other passengers there were--and how many different forms they had. There was a centaur with a horse's head, a rabbit with tentacles instead of hind legs, a snake with a dog head, and even a crocodile whose head was between his legs! One of the passengers was an anthropomorphic monster wearing fancy shoes and a gray vest. He had purple skin and three heads, none with a nose but each with a different number of eyes--his right-hand head had one large eye, his middle one two eyes, and his left-hand head had three eyes in a row. There was a bipedal chimera, expect only with a lion head and goat head, and a regular lion tail instead of a snake tail. There was a bipedal retriever with four arms and a pair of swim shorts. There was a rabbit with seven legs walking towards a casino--apparently, he was feeling unlucky and wanted some help. A bipedal labrador was following a sign directing him towards a karaoke venue.
Then there was the staff and crew that Ty was able to see. The ship's captain was a furry, fuzzy creature with three eyes and three legs; he wore his hat and uniform, but with nothing below the waist. The purser was a wingless dragon with four arms; like the captain, he wore nothing below the waist. The lifeguard was an aquatic creature with wings, legs and four arms. The bartender had four arms and two eyes on stalks. A waiter at the buffet was a reptilian creature with four arms and a flexible, fifth one where his tail would have been. There was also another guy from the crew: a giant anthropomorphic cockroach.
Ty was filled with excitement. There was so much he could do while he was here.
