“I can fly! I didn’t realize that before! Let’s go outside!”
It was already dark outside and Jeff just put some clothes before joining his wife outside. As soon as Jeff came, Mary opened her wings and started to flip them with increasing speed. She took off the ground and started to fly just a few inches from the ground.
“I can fly! This is the best!” She said as she got higher and higher. Her wings were making a buzzing sound just like a wasp’s. She flew around their house for some hours. Jeff could not see her anymore a few minutes after she took off and entered their house and took a shower.
When Jeff was watching some TV, he heard his wife’s buzzing and soon she came into the living room again.
“Why don’t you take a vial and come with me to fly around?”
“I don’t want. I felt excited just seeing you changing like that!”
“Am I the only one changing from now on?”
“I am not saying that. I am just savoring your changes. And it is better that one of us stay as human while the other changes. It is 24 hours of wasp Mary on this house. What if someone shows up tomorrow?”
“You are right! But the feeling of flying is so good! You have to try that someday.”
“I will, promise! Now come here and be with me! I am lonely since you flew off our house.” Jeff said faking sadness.
Mary climbed the sofa and licked his face. Then Jeff kissed her forehead and she leaned on him. He put and arm around her body and they watched a movie before going to bed.
Even being a wasp, Mary still slept besides her husband. They slept soundly that night.
Jeff woke up thinking about the dream he had were his wife turned into a human wasp hybrid. When he opened his eyes, he saw a wasp’s head looking at him.
