William sat with Lila on his couch. They were watching the havoc that had occurred after his wish earlier that day, “I bet you’re looking forward to when you can actually undo this wish, huh?” Lila said to William,
“Yeah I am, I regret making that wish quite a lot. I mean... having a bigger— you know what. It was fun. But it was far too big.”
“Agreed,” Lila replied to William, she looked away nervously, she then looked back at him, “so... I was... I was going to ask...” she stopped, “actually... it’s not important,” she looked away.
William got nervous. What was she going to say? He watched the TV, not really paying any attention to it because of this thought now in his head.
He sat there for a bit, silently, he jumped up and walked to the kitchen. He didn’t announce it so to Lila it was a bit random.
“Umm... butler? Can you maybe put this in Lila’s food... please?” He handed her a vial. This one had another strange liquid in it, “yes of course sir,” the butler took off at the lid of the vial and went to pour it in the mixture. She then paused, looked down at William and said, “Sir. You’re not trying to transform Miss Lila without her consent? Are you?”
“N-no... I mean...” William stammered, “yes. I am.” He sighed,
“I will do whatever you ask of me, sir, but I think that in this case. You should not do this.”
“Yeah... I guess...” he said, looking down. He lifted his hand up and the butler placed the vial in it, “well... can you tell Lila that I’ll be with her in a few seconds,”
“How many seconds, sir? Or just the expression?”
“The expression, please.”
“On it, sir,” the butler left the kitchen and went into the open door where Lila was sitting.
“Dinner is ready!” The butler called. William, who had be chatting with Lila for a few minutes at this point. Started getting up. Lila rushed through the door and to the dining table before him. He couldn’t see her.
He walked in, he saw the butler look at her strangely, as if she did something that she isn’t disgusted at but in confusion towards.
“Please do enjoy. Call if I am needed,” the butler bowed, showing off her cleavage (quite pathetic cleavage compared to most of the world at that moment) and then walked out of the room.
“So.” Lila said right off the bat, “I like your butler. She makes a pretty good meal, I love Pasta. This looks extra special as well.” She began to eat it. William tried not to, but couldn’t help himself grin slightly. Lila looked at him strangely, “why haven’t you had any of yours yet?”
“Oh... yeah, sorry,” William took a bite. They ate in silence before Lila broke the silence again.
“If you could change in any way, how would you,” Lila said, William choked on his food a little,
“I’m sorry?”
“I said, if you could change in any way. How would you?” Lila repeated,
“Ummm... I’m not quite sure honestly, other than what I changed earlier, which didn’t end up being all that. I don’t really know how I woul—“ William felt tingly,
“Everything okay there, William,” Lila asked. She didn’t seem sympathetic anymore,
“Y-yeah I just feel a little—“ he began to speak, when suddenly his whole world shrunk. His clothes became tighter all of a sudden. He grew bigger. He didn’t grow taller or get older. He just grew, his whole body expanded maybe a foot or two bigger. His clothes were skin tight, his stomach was showing. His jeans showed off his ankles. Nothing broke or snapped or ripped, but it was very clearly too small for him.
“What the hell!?” William yelled, “how the hell did...” he stopped and thought,
“There we go. Wondering why it tasted strange?”
“B-but... how did...”
“Well, first of all. Screw you, you planned to change me without asking. I would say this is the second time today but the first one wasn’t directed at me in particular. But second, you really think I didn’t hear you. You sent your butler to me so you could pour the serum in without her noticing. I’m not that dumb, Will.”
“Okay, okay... you’ve made your point, can I fix myself now? I can touch the ceiling,”
“No! No you can’t! I want you to deal with being huge in return for trying this on me.”
“Is that seriously what I have to do, I don’t want to! Is there nothing else I can do!?”
“Actually yes, there is,”
“I’ll do it, whatever it is!” Will realised his mistake in saying that,
“Great. You can shrink yourself now then,” Lila grinned a devilish grin, “so you do one thing that I ask you,”
“Ummm... yes... fine,” William said, reaching into the neck of his shirt. It was very tight so he had to stretch it hard, he pulled out a vial, the opposite colour to the one that was in his food beforehand, he drank it.
“I’m gonna go watch TV then.” Lila said, “I’ll tell you what I want when I want it. And you promised. You have to do it,”
“Fine,” William was waiting to shrink back to normal. Lila had left the room by the time he had. He walked into the living room and saw two mattresses next to each other. The butler was making the makeshift bed at Lila’s request.
Lila chose a movie to watch. They watched it, talking through most of it. William forgot about most of the stuff that had happened on that day, he was distracted. He managed to fall asleep around 21:00 (9pm).
At exactly 00:00 (12am) William was awoken by a shaking, he sat right up and rubbed his eyes to see Lila standing up, she flipped on the light switch and said,
“Time for you to do exactly as I ask. With the Daily Wish!”
