Part of becoming an Animalian was the requirement to get used to what is now your new form. While some of the time it was just getting used to fur or scales and/or tails, most of the time it was getting used to new body shapes, whether it was size in general or unusual shapes or proportions of body parts. While this was already covered in acclimation classes, there were some who had to learn completely new or unrelated things.

Tyler, after becoming an Amargasaurus, learned much to his chagrin that his new "punk rock spikes" wouldn't let him sleep on his back as he used to. While he didn't regret his choice, it was surprising that his spikes weren't flexible and sleeping on either his side or his front would take some getting used to.

Scala was just finishing up with her latest floor when she was approached by an unfamiliar dog Animalian. She was clearly converted since she still had a full head of hair, but the way it blended into her fur coat made her species unable to be easily identified.
"So you're Scala of the Seven-on-Four night?" she asked, much to Scala's chagrin (again). She nodded, not wanting to do another discussion about it today. "How long until you've paid off your debt?"
"It should be fully paid off by next summer." said Scala, doing her best to ignore her.
"That's good, because I've seen your old records, and you look like you'd fit right in in my courtesans' guild." said the dog Animalian. Hearing that, Scala suddenly remembered hearing about someone who brought some other people with her to hide from the Sicilian Mafia. One of then was Miss Fabina, who was not only completely overhauled Animalia's adult entertainment, but also placed herself at the head of it. No one really complained about it since she was extremely skilled and knowledgeable about such things. So the dog Animalian she was talking to must be Miss Fabina.
"I'll think about it." Scala said publicly, but definitely planning to sign up when her debt was paid off.

Something that Mercy was getting used to was the spike in libido that all Animalians gained. Either someone was still set on punishing her or she was a lot less informed about Animalian libidos than she originally thought. It was either chance or karma that her flight instructor was also a personal trainer, and he seemed to take any chance he could to spike her internal heat as subtly as possible, once by showing her how to curl properly while seemingly pressing his front into her back.

Another new thing that was learned was by "Sgt. Slash" after he was named police chief. He was a little concerned that all the weights in the Dino Dome's weight room was seemingly made of stone, bone, and/or wood. But when he took them on his new claws, they were found to be just as usable as regular weights he was familiar with. After his workout, he learned that this was more in line with the Stone Age/Flintstones theme that inspired Dino City.

One thing that Anastasia learned, especially this week with Christmas approaching, was that some people will go out of their way to do silly things to make people laugh. She learned this while working in the Christmas gift-wrapping workshop at the Great Hall.
"Whoops!" said a guy who was seemingly in a gift-wrapped box except for his head, arms, and legs, "Uh, guys, I think I just gift-wrapped my own clothes!"
"Oh dear," said one of the supervisors there, "How on earth did you ever do that?"
"Don't worry," said Elly to Anastasia, "Is just village idiot. When there was performance at Animalia's theater, he did silly dance in main lobby while calling himself Barishni-koff-drop." Anastasia laughed, both at the memory of seeing it before, and how said idiot had butchered one famous Russian's name in an amusing, non-insulting way.
