INTERVIEW NOTES, SUBJECT: MAXWELL ANDERSON
Subject was advised that his case was being investigated for the extraordinary house waiver they had received. Subject explained that it was his father who had appealed to state senator REDACTERD to get the waiver authorized. The waiver was approved by special resolution over board rejection recommendation.
Subject explained that the pony, (AKA Tony) was being disciplined for multiple serious recent infractions. Subject indicated that the wounds were inflicted by a mutual friend of master and pony, and in the subject's opinion were well justified. Attending officer and questioned the subject about the discipline and injury care. Attending officer satisfied that care is adequate, and discipline not excessive.
When questioned regarding the lack of an external barn, subject explained he was about to take possession of an inherited horse ranch in the next 60 days. At that point the family would be re-locating. After discussion with attending officer, it is decided to grant the waiver for 90 days. House exclusion of pony over-ruled until an external barn is available. Pony will be outside exercising and on display during daylight hours. Pony will be fed strictly pony food as substitute discipline. So it is ordered this day. License 276CD is granted.
