"We're going to visit the shop where you bought the zodiac potion set. Hopefully they're an accredited shop or there's gonna be a lot of trouble. There's rules about transformation potions and well... Let's just say this is too close to the line to be able to be overlooked."
Cassie lay back into the sofa and closed her eyes. A few seconds later she opened them again.
"Oh! And apparently V wants to bring Gina in to the amazing world of magic, so we're gonna let her pick something from our own transformation vials before we go. Shouldn't take too long."
Elizabeth nodded 8 times over from atop her multitude of coils that dominated Cassie's living room. Despite physically occupying most of the room, she felt... comfortable. Not just with her position, but with her current form. She couldn't pin down exactly why, but it felt... personal.
A few thoughts seeped from the dark recesses of her mind, dreams and desires for a bit more. But those thoughts were fleeting whimsies. She nestled a few of her torsos deeper into her coils, gently sighing and letting the physical embrace of tail against tail against tail against torso calm her. It felt much like the way she used to burrow under blankets at bedtime on a cold winter night.
Meanwhile, her torso closest to the sofa shifted her coils around until she rested in a recessed incline, almost like she was lounging in a beanbag.
"I guesss that'ss a good thing?"
Cassie nodded, "Oh yes. Definitely a good thing. V's had a bit of a thing about you and Gina for a while now. She really wanted you to hook up back when Gina broke up with her ex."
"Really? At the time we were jusst friendss. I mean... we sstill are."
"Yeah, I threatened to tattle on her to her mom if she did anything to influence the situation. Magical or otherwise. Very few things put V in line like threatening to involve her mom."
Cassie leaned back again and closed her eyes. Silence ensued. A couple of minutes passed. Elizabeth waited in awkward silence.
The sound of a key scraping against the lock broke the silence, and a few seconds later the front door opened. Veronica walked in with Gina just behind. Gina held Veronica's tail in her hands and was inspecting the heart at the end,
"So it's not extra sensitive or anything?"
Veronica shrugged and glanced back, "Not particularly. You know, not every part of a succubus is built for sex."
Gina blushed and released the tail, "Sorry, I'm just really curious."
She turned to look forward and her eyes were drawn across the massive serpentine form that filled most of the living room. Elizabeth waved from a few different locations.
"Whoa. You weren't kidding..."
Veronica nodded,
"Yup. Still think you had a normal morning? Hah!"
She walked past the sofa towards the bedroom and tapped Cassie on the head with the tip of her tail as she passed. Before Cassie could react, she sprinted to the bedroom.
Cassie's eyes opened and she turned and motioned for Gina to have a seat next to her, "Have a seat. I'm sorry for anything... provocative.. that V said on the walk back. Not all succubi are like her. She's actually quite restrained."
From the bedroom, Veronica called out, "Take that back!"
Cassie shrugged, "And she has excellent hearing."
Gina continued to stare at Elizabeth, eyes wide open and darting around the serpentine woman's massive form. She took a few steps over to the sofa and her stare immediately switched over to Cassie.
"How... How did I not see this before? You have WINGS!"
Cassie shrugged,
"Short answer: The veil. It's a magic field that encompasses the planet. You did see us, but the veil shifted how your brain interpreted what you saw. So you thought you saw normal women. Not a succubus and a harpy."
She held up both pairs of arms.
"The uh... extra arms aren't standard for a harpy. Don't get confused by them."
Gina nodded, "I was about to ask..."
"Yeah, the transformation potion set V's getting out has a vial for extra arms. I picked them one night, and decided I liked it, so kept 'em. Incidentally, that's also how I became part harpy."
Elizabeth perked up, "You aren't actually a harpy?"
Cassie shook her head, "I am a harpy. Or at least part of one. But that's cause I'm transformed via potion. I was born plain old human. Just like you."
Gina piped up, "Oh that's cool. So the same kind of thing that happened with Elizabeth then?"
Cassie nodded, "Yep, pretty much. Slightly different scenario, but same core idea."
"Neat! Is it any mythological animal?"
Veronica suddenly appeared in front of the couch holding a fairly big box in her hands. No twinkling lights, no puff of smoke, no sound, just suddenly she was there. Elizabeth and Gina recoiled and jumped, respectively, in surprise. Cassie seemed completely unphased by the instantaneous appearance.
"Tada!" Veronica cheerily announced and carefully put the box on the table. The lid slowly opened, revealing several rows of vials. She moved over to the side near Gina and pointed out a few vials she thought were interesting.
Elizabeth slid her closest torso over near the couch so she could see the box. Seeing her movement, Cassie motioned towards the beanbag-like coil of tail that torso had just been resting on, "Trade you?"
Elizabeth nodded and moved to the side so Cassie could get to her coil. The sensation of another person sitting on her coil was a little strange - even more than when Gina rode her like a skateboard, but she shrugged it off - it was something she would get used to. She moved her torso over to the couch and bent her tail at the waist to sit, then leaned forward and inspected the box of vials with Gina.
The vials were disorganized, with mythological creatures like Mermaid, Centaur and Basilisk mixed in among body parts Arms, Head, Breasts and other weird vials like Size +, Nullify or Love. A couple of vials had hand-written labels, "Angle Wings", "Angel Wings", "Humantaur", "Scorpion Tail w/ Pussy", and several others.
