Jackie, Ann, Stephanie, and Megan arrivednoutside Of Katie’s house thanks to Jackie’s spell. As the group of teens now gained their bearings they could see quite a bit of movement inside. “Think it’s serious,” Ann asked. Jackie shrugged as they opened the door. Hopefully whatever was going on wouldn’t be anything to worry about.
As Jackie and the others entered they could see that they had apparently crashed a toddlers birthday party. While at first worried they had stumbled upon some magically induced age play, Jackie and Ann breathed a sigh of relief as they noticed Katie’s friends cArrying their respective children.
“Aw cute kids,” Megan smiled. “But can someone tell me why that little girl is wearing cat ears?” Jackie and Ann gave Megan a curious look before noticing where she was pointing. Claudia and Mika were currently holding Kari. The one year old appeared happy but appeared to be letting her Kitsune features show through. The child clapped happily, her fox ears twitching on top of her head while her tiny tail swished back and forth. Not wanting to try and explain what a Kitsune was, Ann and Jackie quickly made up an excuse as they rushed their friend into an adjoining room.
As the group entered the side room they noticed Jack pacing outside of the study. The teenage warlock had a concerned look on his face, a look that became more serious as he now talked with a disoriented Gloria and Lisa. Lisa turned, smiling as she now approached her grown down sister. “Having fun sis,” she smirked.
“I was,” Ann grumbled. “Now what’s going on? You get the same text from Katie?”
“Yeah was just talking with Gloria,” Lisa said stoically. “The two of us need to talk with Kellie. Apparently somethings happened and it’s a bit of a big deal.” Jackie nodded, turning towards Jackie and giving her a small peck on the cheek. “I’ll be right back,” she said. “Try to keep Megan and Stephanie out of trouble Okay?” Jackie nodded as she watched her girlfriend enter the room.
“So whose the guy,” Stephanie asked, motioning towards Jack. Jackie’s eyes went wide as she looked at the look on Stephanie’s face. The grown down teen looked a bit smitten by the handsome teenage boy. “Um Steph he’s a friend of Ann’s sister,” Jackie said nervously. “Maybe you should leave him alone.”
Stephanie scoffed as she now began to make her way towards Jack. “Look right now we’re about the same age,” she said. “And I’m not going to let the chance go by of flirting with a cute guy.” Jackie tried to stammer a response as Stephanie now began flirting with Jack. “I’ll keep on eye on her,” Megan sighed. Jackie thanked her as she now turned towards Gloria. She had quite a few questions for her best friend.
“Glo is everything okay,” she asked.
Gloria nodded, rubbing her temple as she leaned against Felicia. “”I’m fine but we have a bit of a problem.”
“What’s wrong,” Jackie asked.
“That girl Allison,” Felicia states. “You know the girl I think. She’s friends with Heather and Sarah.” Jackie nodded as she now began to picture the Asian freshman girl. Allison he seemed nice enough but hadn’t really stood out. “So what did she do,” Jackie asked.
“Her names not Allison,” Gloria grumbled. “Her name is Yuriko Harris. She’s Kumikos unborn daughter and another time traveler.”
Jackie gaped at her friends as they now gave her a concerned look. “According to Yuriko something bad is coming our way,” Gloria stated. “Something that could hurt a lot of people. We’re going to have to figure out a way to stop it.” Jackie nodded as she now looked towards the study door. Her weekend of fun appeared to have tak n a hard left turn. Hopefully when things began to calm down the two of them could share notes and figure out what exactly was going on.
