Chris T was an average 16 year old kid from England. He was 5”11” with short brown hair gelled over to one side, blue eyes with a shade of emerald green and a rather outgoing personality. He seemed to be like any kid of his age. He liked playing video games, playing sports, hated school, was always in some sort of mood but however there was a secret he had. A secret which no one else knew about that he could never tell anyone about. It was a sort of fantasy really, something any teenage boy would think about, and that was the idea of being a girl. It had always crossed his mind on what it would be like to be a girl. The amount of hot girls in his year that he wished he could be. He knew he could not be with any of them and he knew deep down he would never get close to them. What if I told you this fantasy of his was about to become a reality? What if his dream became true and he could obtain powers beyond science itself? Well here’s where the story of T begins.
Chris was out to the local centre like any normal day. However something odd caught his eye. The Magic shop called “The Magic Shop of Impossibility.” was closing down. The writing “Make your wildest dreams come true with an item beyond science itself” was tattered and fading away.Chris had many good memories of the shop and knew the owner very well. He decided to go and take one last visit. He opened the door into a rather small room. It was painted purple on the walls with golden stars. However these walls were now faded and were tattered and worn down. Against the wall stood a wooden counter with a single golden bell. Boxes were stacked around full of various contents, packed and ready to go. He went up to the counter and dinger the now rusty bell. An old man in his late 70s came out of the backroom. This was Mr Fuji. He was a kind old man whom Chris knew well and got along with. “Ah Chris how are you on this fine day?” he asked politely.
“I am very well thank you. It’s a shame to see this store close down Mr Fuji it was such a nice place.” Chris responded with in a kind manner.
“Its very unfortunate I must say. However your arrival sparks a thought in my head about something I needed to give to you.” Mr Fuji said as he walked into the back roomChris could only ponder with curiously on what it was. Mr Fuji came back to the counter with a ring in his hand. He handed it to Chris for him to examine. It was a small gold ring with a green encrusted jewel on the top of it. “This is a present to remember me by. It can also do great things but I will let you figure that out for yourself.” Mr Fuji explained.
Chris slipped the ring onto his finger and caught sight of his watch. He was due home in ten minutes. “Thank you so much Mr Fuji. It is a very nice looking ring. I’m going to miss you a lot.” Chris said sadly. “Oh it’s nothing my boy and don’t you worry, you may see me more than you think.” He said smiling.
Chris headed back off home to his house. When he got home he examined the ring even more. It had some writing encrusted in the back of it. It seemed to be in Latin and read “Ring of Change”. He thought it to be just a relic and nice present from Mr Fuji. At that moment his phone went off with a notification with an instagram notification. “Oh she’s posted has she now?” Chris said curiously. The ring began to dimly glow green, not that Chris was paying attention. But the question was who posted?
