The next day, after school, Vince’s parents called the school to say they couldn’t pick Vince up; they had a emergency with his gran needing to go to hospital for her checkup.
Vince didn’t mind, he decided to jog home.
So as Vince jogged home, his transformation gradually started to happen.
His arms and legs gradually lengthened, getting longer and longer and longer and longer.
Almost before he made it a third of the way home, he gained a extra pair of eyes on his forehead.
At approximately halfway through the jog home, his Dark brown skin gradually became tinted blue.
His hands became bigger, and lost the pinkie fingers, so he now had 4 fingers on each hand.
Almost a mile before he gets home, he felt a sharp pain in his feet.
He sat down on a bench, kicked off his sneakers, and let his bare feet (he doesn't wear socks under his shoes) breathe. Then, to his surprise, his feet grew bigger, like in the transformation scene from his dad's favourite movie, "An American Werewolf in London".
Upon realising that his shoes no longer fit his feet, he decided to carry them the last mile, and so he set off, bare feet pounding on the pavement.
