Now Jenkins was a lot smarter then the suits gave him credit

After all his great great great grandfather Dr Alfred Jenkins
had owned the island the Zoo sat on in the 19th century.
Alfred had also developed the first animalizer serums
and been doing just fine as a mad scientist till
Patterson's great great great grandfather
Rothschild Patterson
had swindled it out of him in a crooked cardgame in
a Deadwood saloon.
So there was no love lost between the Jenkins and Patterson
clans
and Jenkins,having some of his great great great granddads
looks and smarts,had a few tricks up his sleeve.
Nothing as useful as a andidote for the serum now coursing in his blood but he had kept a second Security Card on his
person ,which Patterson's goons knew nothing about.
Just as importantly,although he had never developed a
working antidote,he had figured out the formula for the
psychological antidote to the mental changes that the serum
produced in its victims. He'd placed that data on the same
Security Card.
So there in the Cave Jenkins was less concerned about his
impending transformation,which he couldn't do anything about
anyways,but getting the hidden Security Card to someone
who could put it to good use later on and hopefully restore
Jenkins mind,if not his body.
Suddenly the false wall of the Cave slid open and Jenkins could
see two figures inside
a monstrously huge male dragon,roaring away and all that,
shaking off the tore uniform of the formerly human male
officer from the Stable.
Being a smart fellow,Jenkins knew immediately what
Patterson was turning him into
a female dragon to keep the other dragon company.
But of more immediate interest to Jenkins was the tiny crouching
figure of the unchanged female officer,who dashed out of harms
way from her former partner and hid behind some rocks,behind
which Jenkins could see the softly blinking green light of
a Security Card Reader.
So ignoring the first warning signs of his change
Jenkins held back a scream of pain as he dashed to join the
fugitive female officer.
Jenkins picked up a small rock and lobbed it at the security glass
behind which Patterson and her goons stared at the scene
in the Cave gloating.
Almost immediately the male dragon roared and charged at the
security glass,banging against the thick shield.
So in the few seconds of inattention this gave him
Jenkins slid his Security Card into the Security Card Reader and the Caves other exit appeared,leading to the
outside world.
He then gave the female officer the Security Card and tried to explain to her in a matter of a second or three that it
held "the antidote"
Then he pushed her out of the Cave and as she turned around
and stared at Jenkins in
puzzlement
he hit the Emergency Close Bar on the
Security Card Reader,trapping him inside the Cave with the furious male dragon.
Then his changes began in earnest and soon the female
dragon he transformed into lost any human reasoning......
