Distracted by her soaked underwear, Laura doesn't notice as she walks by a crowded park. She does notice when she is lifted off her feet by an elderly woman.
"Hi there sweetheart. I'm sure your parents don't want you leaving without them."
Laura's mind blanks as she tries to figure a way out of this one. The old women shifts her grip and feels the underwear squish.
"Oh that's it. You had an accident. Were you going to go home to change all by yourself."
Laura's blushing seems to be all the confirmation the woman needs.
"Here I'll get you cleaned up and then we'll find your parents."
Laura finds herself brought to a bench were a younger woman is watching a sandbox.
"Mom who is that?"
"I caught her trying to make a getaway. She's a shy one. Hasn't said a word but she's had an accident. I'm guessing she wanted to go home and clean herself up before coming back. She's a bit old but she should fit in Zachary's diapers. If you can keep an eye on her I'll go look for her parents."
Laura wasn't sure what was worse the idea of an impending diapering or the woman searching for her nonexistant parents. Her input isn't looked for and she is transferred to the younger women's arms and promptly laid on the bench. Her overalls are pulled off along with her underwear. She is then wiped down and powdered before a, slightly snug, diaper is taped around her waist. Her overalls are restored and the woman speaks to her.
"Ok there you are. All clean. Now why don't you go play in the sand until your mommy or daddy come back?"
Laura doesn't bother to protest and makes her way over to the sandbox. That woman is definitely still watching her. How is she going to get out of here?
