You hit the street just as the bus pulls away from the curb. Crap! You break into a sprint after it, hoping traffic is thick enough to let you catch up at the next stop. To your surprise, you actually end up *passing* the bus partway. Turns out your new physique wasn't just for show! And you don't need to breathe, so getting winded wasn't a problem either. You can't help but grin a little--about time something started going your way, however small. Sure, you probably can't outrun a vehicle at full speed, but a vehicle at rush hour traffic? Easily.
What started as a panicked dash turns into a nice jog as you arrive at work with a few minutes to spare. You grab your nametag and apron and clock in. As you take up your spot behind the counter, a thought suddenly occurred to you. Henry didn't start changing until he interacted with you--well, technically not until you crashed into him--what if the same rule applied to other people? What would happen if you made physical contact with customers? With coworkers? With your boss? The idea tugs at your mind.
