After a little thought Elizabeth knew what she wanted. Moreover she wanted the entire world to enjoy it. She quickly typed it in and hit enter and soon the changes began to take hold.
It started with her fingernails. One by one they turned bright red developed a lustrous glassy shine to them. Soon afterwards it began to creep up her fingers and onto her hands. Her skin soon went from it's normal peachy color to a snow white. In a few seconds it looked like she was wearing a pair of glossy white gloves. They were cool to the touch and remarkably smooth. She noticed that a similar effect was happening on her feet and going up her legs.
As it reached her ankles and elbows, she noticed that her hands were becoming stiff, starting with her fingers and moving inward. As this happened, she noticed subtle lines begin to form. As she shifted her position about, she heard the tinkling of fine china as her feet touched the tiled floor. That was heady to hear that, but it was more impressive when she heard a faint pop from her fingers as articulated popped into being. Small bits of fine fabric lined the joints. She rubbed them against her face, they were the finest porcelain, but for all of that she had lost none of the sensation. Elizabeth grinned and waited with anticipation what was to befall the rest of her wretched flesh.
Soon afterward she felt the pop of new ball joints on her toes, her wrists, her ankles, her knees, her elbows and her hips. She watched as her vagina became a pair of rubber lips. She rubber her ceramic fingers over them and felt smooth jolt of pleasure fill her body, cool instead of warm but no worse for that. By that point much of her torso was smooth and ivory. Inside her organs gradually melted away. She noticed the biggest of all ball joints form in her torso at her waistline and she pivoted around on this new axis. Her belly button sealed shut. Her breasts became a pair of padded cushions on her torso, soft but still well stuffed and devoid of nipple. She squeezed them and moaned and giggled with pleasure. Then she noticed that while the moans continued, the sounds were no longer coming out of her mouth, but instead were slightly tinny and coming out of a series of holes just above her neck line, behind which was a speaker.
Finally her face was overcome by the changes. She watched in fascination as her face bleached and patterns of "makeup" appeared. Glossy dark red lips, light grey freckles along her nose and cheeks and dark purple smokey shadow over eyes which grew noticeably. She made various faces to get a look at this and gapped at the new additions. Then she felt her mouth feel stiff and was inevitably drawn closed. Her glossy lips shut, formed themselves into a slight grin, the various sensations she'd had which controlled her expression just faced away and then they fused. She could still open and close her ceramic eyelids and move her eyes around in their sockets, but all that was left of her mouth was now a rather attractive feature on her head still and unmoving. Her hair forming into a bob haircut completed the effect, quietly as her last tears of joy streaked down her Porcelain features.
Elizabeth rotated around admiring her new body. She was no longer some revolting meat sack with it's myriad gross processes. She was now a living doll. A thing of beauty by design. She'd never age, never wither away. The only thing which made it better was knowing that there were now seven billion other dolls in this world which were just as wonderful as her.
