As much as it was abnormal for him, Dylan did have one friend who had occasionally hung out with him. His name was Jake. Jake was somewhat of an introvert himself, so that's one way they connected with each other. He was also fond of action movies, video games, and animals. Jake only admitted one secret to Dylan, Jake was kind of a furry. Not that he went out in fursuits or anything, but he was a good artist and liked to design his own characters, usually with big tails.
Dylan was excited to invite Jake over. He could test if the reality shift worked, and he could give his best friend a shot, seeing there was no doubt he wouldn't turn it down. Dylan dialed Jake's number into his phone and gave him a call. The phone picked up. "Dylan? How's it going?" Dylan wanted to express his excitement, but kept himself cool. He wanted to keep the surprise a surprise. "Not too bad. Just calling to see if you wanted to hang out. Play a few games, watch John Wick, or somthing." Dylan loved the John Wick series. He and Jake had yet to see the third installment. "Sounds fun. I'm gonna finish my homework and meet ya there." Jake said over the phone. "Cool. Take your time, but hurry. I got something you may love." Dylan told him hanging up the phone.
Dylan heard the door bell ring a few hours later. He hurried downstairs and opened the front door. "Woah there, too boy. I just got to the door." "I'll get to that. Come up to my room." Scratching his head in confusion, Jake followed Dylan into his room.
"So, you know about my tail right?" Dylan said, feeling the hairs on his tail. "Why wouldn't I? Its abnormal for other humans, so it's not hard to miss." Jake retorted. Dylan smiled. "Well, did you ever think of why I had a tail, and no one else?" Jake thought about it, and he did have a good point. He just never thought about it so he would be felt as an outcast. "I mean, sometimes. I thought it was a birth defect or something. You never really talked about it." Dylan walked next to the wild costumes box. "What if I told you I just got it today?"
Now Jake thought for sure Dylan was pulling his leg. "Dude, I knew you since 5th grade. You always had that. Thats one of the reasons we're friends. I like big tails." Dylan smiled. "Well? You want to know how I got mine than?" At this point, Jake's pits started sweating. Dylan pulled out a variety of big tails for Jake to try. "Pick one of these, and put it to your backside."
Jake thought it was crazy, but his lust for a huge tail was to big to turn down. Jake went for...
