While Ty had been testing his powers, Dustin had been in his room thinking. He was sure Ty had done this to him. So he planned what he would do now.
Around the time Ty was finished testing, Dustin stood up and left his room, moving over to Ty's He would get Ty to restore him, that was a sure thing to Dustin. So he just throw the door open loudly, surprising Ty. Before Ty could say anything, Dusting started: „You will change me back now, Ty. I know this is your fault, so fix it.“
Ty looked at him before he started to laugh. „So you know I did something to you and demand I change you back? If you are right I could simply change you another way I want instead, you know?“ Ty said in between the laughing.
Dustin started to rant loudly, which remembered Ty of a young child throwing a tantrum. Now he was sure he knows what he wanted to do with Dustin, as he always wanted a little brother.
„You know Dustin, the way you act right now isn´t really that of a teen your old age, right? Maybe your age should fit your behavior, don´t you think?“ Ty suggested, already willing Dustin to regress more.
But Dustin continued ranting, not realizing that he started getting younger. Only when his eyes reached around the high of Ty's chest while sitting he noticed that he got shorter. „What?“ he started to ask in a high voice, stopping him after the first word. He looked horrified up at Ty, still shrinking smaller, now around eight years old.
„I said that you should fit to your behavior, Dustin. It seems you were recognized as a child by it.“ Ty said grinning. It was only half a lie. Dustin was behaving like a child, but Ty wished a specific age for Dustin.
„Nooo…., please stop this Ty, I´m sowwy.“ Dustin screamed in panic as his body got younger than three years. His clothes were around his feet, only his shirt remaining on his shoulders, looking like a tent on him. As he got even younger his shirt slipped, leaving him naked. Then, due getting still younger, he pissed as his bladder got smaller, drenching his old clothes.
Shortly after he got younger than one year he dropped back, sitting on his drenched clothes. That was enough for Dustin, as he started bawling like an actual baby his body was regressed into. The regressing only stopped at Ty's wished age of a baby just two weeks old. Dustin was still bailing, feeling helpless. His mind was still the old Dustin, but that didn´t help him in any way.
Ty grinned at him. „Oh, stop crying now, little brother. It´s all perfectly fine. You just need a new diaper and maybe some other, fitting clothes.“ As Dustin didn´t stop his bailing, Ty willed him to stop for now, so he would be able to dress him.
Dustin stopped bailing his eyes out, but not on his own will. He looked at Ty with red eyes. Then the soaked clothes beneath him moved on their own. His shirt wrapped itself to his lower half, before the slightly yellow, former white, shirt changed into an super absorbent diaper, returning to a white color with some cartoon figures on it.
Next his socks sprang to his hands, turning from grey socks to bright yellow mittens. His jeans then covered his whole body beneath his neck, aside from his hands and feet. While the dark-blue color remained the jeans become an onesie, tightly fitting Dustin. His shoes slipped on his feet again, shrinking to fit neatly before changing into soft booties the same color as his mittens.
Lastly Dustin's underwear moved onto his head, turning into a yellow cap. All clothes were now dry and clean, the smell of his piss had vanished from them. Dustin just sat there, to shocked to do anything as Ty adored his baby brother.
