Alisa yawned widely as she woke in her room at the inn. She wasn't sure of what she'd done the previous night after watching the gypsies, but she regretted having drank that much. It couldn't be anything bad, she reasoned, as she had made it to bed entirely unscathed.
One thing she knew for certain, this vacation and in particular the town of Moonflow were agreeing with her. The more time she spent here, the more she felt the part of a fantasy character.
She looked the part too. She didn't quite understand the effect the trip was having on her, but the changes were noticeable. She was more toned and athletic. Her hair was thicker and longer, with a healthy sheen to it. Slowly she braided it as she chanted a prayer that came to mind unbidden. As she chanted, the aura she had the previous day returned, and slowly she recognized this as how clerics had prayed for spells in her tabletop game.
Donning her rainments, she pondered what to do.
