“She’s the key!” said a woman at the back. Everyone except for the still pinned Gwen turned to see a woman in a lab coat approaching. She looked to be in her late 40s with chin-length black hair. Her lips were curled up in a grin. "This is exactly what I've been trying to tell you people."
"Who are you?", asked John. He felt like he'd seen this woman before, but only glimpses from his time wandering the base.
"Doctor, stay back!", demanded one of the guards. "She could still infect any—" He was interrupted when Gwen's body started to shake.
"Ooooooh!", she moaned in a hoarse voice, through lips that were each over an inch thick. "It... Hurrrts!!!"
"Give her some room!", ordered the doctor. "Now!" The guards let go of Gwen and backed away. John stepped towards her, but someone grabbed his arm. "Hold on", came the doctor's voice. "Look."
Gwen's whole body was quickly glistening with sweat as she coughed violently. Everyone watched in shock as her huge curves... started to shrink.
"Here we go...", the doctor muttered with a huge grin.
Gwen's lips shrank back to their original size, her hips shorted, her butt did the same, her I-cup chest shrank down to a D-cup. Her eyelashes and hair remained the same length. Her locks now reached to her waist and had more volume than it had before either of the bimbos had shown up. When it was all over, Gwen collapsed, gasping as her body seemed to calm down.
"What...", asked one of the guards, "just happened?"
The doctor approached Gwen and pressed a rubber-glove clad hand to the girl's forehead. "She still has a fever. We need to take her to my lab."
"I don't think that's a good idea", said the guard who appeared to be in charge of the others. "She still looks—"
"Jason", she countered, "This girl just received a double dose of the virus and than reverted mostly back to normal, and that was after curing this young man. This proves what I've been saying ever since we first tested her blood."
"I know", sighed Jason. "But what if she's still carrying the virus? I don't want to risk anyone else getting infected."
"If that happens, we can just have Gwen cure them again. Oh, and bring the boy too."
"Huh?", asked John.
"You were still infected", she explained. "We need to make sure there's no trace of the virus left in you."
